I love this new pass because I feel like I actually want everything in the pass and not just a select few items or armor. I like the step in this direction and hope the next pass has some more customization options for the mechs because me and my friends have been talking about this idea for a while now and I’m surprised it’s being implemented
Only thing that’s a bit of an L is only one primary. I think they should add 2 primaries per warbond but other than that I’m chill with the change as long as the stuff is more balanced and is fun to play with.
My one minor complaint is related to the suits. The exposed arms are cool but how would that make sense on a acidic or arctic planet. I would have a compromise so that the arms get covered up on those planets to keep them warm or protected by the elements
But what about the helldivers who choose to endanger their own health on more hospitable planets sir? If they are endangering themselves they won’t be performing at their peak health which may hold the rest of the team back from completing their mission.
@@lukezuccaro5441 Finally! Someone with common sense. It Is off. Helldivers had there own identity, wearing helmets makes sense to avoid getting shot in the head from a blaster rifle or a bug tearing a head off! Berets don't provide any protection in a combat environment. It's all about the money. Soon they will have Nicki minaj and Katy Perry skins. Going just like COD
I do not like this new armour. Armour that exposes skin kind of breaks the game play for me. There is no way that all these planets and atmospheres they are landing on are 100% habitable to humans, it made sense when the armour was one piece and you never had any exposed skin, but this just looks awkward. If you dive onto a toxic planet, or a frozen tundra planet, and your character is as fine with it as other soldiers with full suits on and no exposed skin. This is my only problem with this new warbond.
The game is changing for the WORSE, there is 0 quality in that warbond, you took the bait on admittedly cool theme, but what we actually get: A re-skin for base AR A shotgun secondary that will not be used over revolver A bunch of cosmetics that no one will care about in a month Only TWO armours, instead of usual three A grenade that aint grenading, so it cant destroy bug holes or factories, no reason to take it over other grenades AH devs just can't make a good update, they could have added some cool old school guns, maybe even a machine gun for main slot, to go with Rambo aesthetic, but that would be too creative
Man I agree so much with this comment, every single other reply to this video is like: Yeah man great warbond big W. But in reality your paying the same as the rest of the warbonds for less functional stuff and just green paint that you wont notice in the middle of battle. And I also kinda dislike the general aesthetic because to me helldivers is kinda WH 40k so fighting space dangers without a full space suit/armor doesnt make sense.
Definitely an L in my opinion. The biggest problem for me is that the theme "generic green camo" doesn't fit helldiver estetic at all. And the skins all literally only that, a camo reskin and nothing else. And you get less actually functional stuff on top of that.
I agree somewhat but camo is kind of a universal thing that is used in forest-like environments and tall grass/trees/jungle. It’s not really a style, because it has a function. What I agree on is that it should very much have an actual camouflage perk on it, where the enemies can’t see you as easily.
that's a new biome shown in the trailer, much more swamp like than anything in game
Yeh I picked up on that, looks like a sweet one too.
Looks like a massive W to me. Lil bit of drg vibes…
Yes! Love the look and the new focus for content.
I love that the thing im most excited for is the sleeveless armors lol
This is exactly what I wanted from them, a quality warbond that takes longer to develop. Quality over quantity should always be their focus!
Great video as always! Best Helldivers 2 Content Creator!
This seems like a Win to me and trailer got me hyped straight away.
I hope we get some buffs and more importantly fixes.
They’ve been issues bug fixes! If you have, you should check out the Discord for sure :)

Agreed
I think this is a good warbond, but... we need another free one
I agree! Another larger free one would be nice maybe every 6 months?

I just like to imagine that Democracy runs so thick in our veins that we don't even feel the cold haha.
I guess, but it’s still a bit off to me
Wear a different armor set based on the planet, diver.
Your standard issue armor is always available and ready for all weather environments.

Do you think the Illuminate are also coming?
not for a long time

Huh, I feel like the armor does fit within the universe. Very different than what we have gotten before, but to each their own!

@Fixurcrud I'm hoping the one is scout.
But pretty sure they both have same perk
Which is better melee handling and gun handling
