I can not believe I missed the show! If I had told the missus about it, she would have reminded me; but I didn't, and I forgot. That was a fun video Hank, thanks for joining us here in Maine again. Regarding SR1- I think that is a smart move on their part. It shows they're committed to TYM and the industry as a whole.
After watching several of yours and Tony’s videos I weighed all the stats and cost of operation and picked up a TYM T574C on a Black Friday sale last year. So far it hasn’t missed a beat and that thing is a workhorse. (I’ve got 40 acres of raw land I’m developing in the mountains of Utah.)
There weren’t any show deals, they are the regular prices. The show deal was the 3.99% financing. I was there when a woman and her husband were complaining to people working that there were no deals and they drove several hours for no reason. The people working there admitted they didn’t actually have any deals. Side note, I wound up getting a T474 while I was there. Just waiting on delivery now. Scott’s recreation was nothing but pleasant and they have a good reputation.
YES complainers. It's like if you OWN a tractor everyone always thinks you will DO work for them FREE. Don't get me started on people that think you can ROAD your Backhoe miles down the road for them because they don't want to PAY for a trailer to haul it. My backhoe Wt. is 19000 pounds.
Nice video Hank. I did not make it to the show, but nice to see you made it all the way up here to Maine. Did you happen to stay all weekend and enjoy our Sunday storm? Got to admit some of the prices were not that bad. Take care and keep on keeping on 😊. Central Maine signing off..🚜🚜👍
Good to see you Southern boys up in our neck of the woods, too bad we didn't have some snow for y'all! Since I'm usually out plowing snow with my tractor in the dark before sun up I would not want tinted windows but down South in the Sun it would probably be beneficial.
TYM has so many models that it is hard to know the difference between them. Can you highlight the difference between the 474 and the xx15 and xx20 series? I did find the specs and can compare that but are there features that vary between them? Seems like the 474 is pretty popular on TH-cam. The dealer in Alaska is limited and will bring in what I ask for but does not have all the models to look at before purchasing.
For about two years now I’ve been looking at the TYM tractors and I like what I’m seeing and for the price I like them even more. I just wish the dealers would sell them at the show price.
I just looked at a TYM25 yesterday. I thought it was a little tight in the operators seat, I then sat on a TYM2515 which I know is a larger frame machine and with the tilt wheel and being larger tractor seemed a lot roomier. That being said like the TYM25 comfort features better for sure. Your thoughts on either one?
@@hhamilton1970Thanks,have a little over 5 acres right now. Would be used for clearing, got quote for loader, backhoe, grapple & loaded tires. In the future just maintaining property and snow removal.I was all set to get The TYM25. Really don't like the loader control on the 2515.The 25 is in way better spot I feel, but don't want to make the wrong choice.
Hey hank I have 1 question do you ever miss your old Mahindra tractor or do yo think Tym is better I been looking at both I like the Mahindra no emissions but I also like tym so what you recommend
I like those tinted windows. It would be great during the day but I believe it might be a problem operating at night. TYM makes a nice looking machine. I just wish they had a better dealer network. That's why I went with JD. They have 5 dealerships within an hour from me. TYM-0
If they made an American made tractor in the 25-55hp range I'd consider looking at them. But they don't. I'm not a big ag guy so there aren't any American made options . If you say John Deere you'd be wrong.
I know nothing about tractors but I have honest question why do they have such low HP am I missing something? Cause you see cars with an average of over 200-300hp
Gearing and torque is way different. Many factors. But they make tons of huge 100-200hp tractors in the big ag world. Cotton, peanuts, soy beans, corn... those big farmers use big hP machines.
I would like to see if you would put a pole up manual transmissions versus hydrostatic me and my neighbor got in a big debate over it when I almost burnt his hydrostatic clutches out

Right on👍
Sorry to hear TYM cancelled their contract or failed to renew it with Josh from Stoney Ridge Farmer.
Me too
I bought my TYM 2515R and BH150 because of Josh’s reviews of TYM!!!!
It was great to meet you Hank!
Same. You're a good dude and make top notch products!
Man Hank you and those black rims. Are you hoping to get a date out on your tractor in the middle of nowhere? LOL. Nice video as always!

I didn't realize you were in Maine! Nice! I wish I had known about the show.
Make sure you got your notification bell turned on. I post where I'll be in my community tab. Hopefully we can meet up one day 👍

I just got my itc grill gaurd for my branson 4815ch. Install was easy for one person, and it looks great on it.
Bern watching your channel for a year plus now, welcome to Maine boys the way life should be
It's a beautiful place for sure 👍

I drove to the airport in that weather!
Hank, I bet that ride in the storm kinda makes you wish you could do that more often doesn’t it 🤭🤔😆??
12:48 I’m very curious about the tires
I have been looking for a tractor show to go too but it seam hard to find them. Do you have any suggestion on finding one, I hope Florida or Georgia.
Sunbelt ag expo is the best around that area
How do we find out about TYM/tractor shows in the southeast.....?
I'd just keep up with TYM on Facebook if you're on there. They have several TYM owners groups that post events
Tinted windows and rims, grow lights underneath. 😊

I saw about 2 hours of light snowfall the first night I was there. That was plenty :)

Frame sizes
Those are great prices! I paid 58k for JD 4044r with loader and cab last summer, about 15k more than a comparable TYM! That’s a huge savings!

I don't think the prices are way off from what a normal price is. 👍
I noticed how there was no beeping when that T474 was backing up.😯🤣
Just watched your flat face coupler video. The song and the montage of sadness had me cracking up
@@hhamilton1970 Thanks Hank! I needed that. My wife just rolled her eyes and shook her head. I get no respect.👔

I like the 2515 better bc of the frame, but I guess it depends on what you're using it for

T-25 and the RK25 have more bells and whistles. The old Branson 2515 has a larger frame but is more bare bones utility.
I wish you had shown the 5835R (rebadged Branson) maybe next time, hope you had fun up in our neck of the woods.
Thanks I used to rent all the equipment for Duke Energy in the state of Florida from Sunbelt. So I’ll get with him
Were was this expo at ?
Augusta Maine
Sounds like this was here in Maine…? I didn’t hear about it
You need to turn your notification bell on, that way you won't miss out when I post updates. We promoted this event a few times. Maybe next year!
🚜🚜 tint will help keep the cab cooler and I like the look.
The 2515 Is twm highest selling model. What is show price for that?
I don't recall

My mahindra had fuel issues, which we documented. I sold it to my brother in law who says it stays broke about 4 months out of the year.
Ok thanks for the info hank keep up the good work

I usually don't run my tractor at night, so it wouldn't be much of a concern for me. I do think it looks cool.
What is your take on a 2515?🚜🚜
Nice tractor. Good frame size.
What I see a bunch of foreign tractors pal what about some of our stuff
