Great to see this video, I was there for my first entry with my homebuild Twingo (build on my channel) in J11. Sadly missing half the gears as I discovered on the practice run, I was behind you when you crashed though its offscreen from my footage.
Ahhhh was wondering why you were so far down time wise, what a nightmare 😅 hopefully you can get the twingo running properly and get it back out for a proper run!
Way to stay with it man! Shame we only got 5 runs with all the mayhem that day, but Oulton is such a great track that it was still fun regardless! Hopefully we go back next year!
That was a fantastic come back after that crash. What an amazing little car and great driving. Are you entering the 750 motor club swift sport challenge next year?
Cheers mate! It's looking very tempting tbh, if I could enter my zc32s into it I would but I need the older zc31.... But looking at something quicker to race for next year 👀
I had an "experience" at Anglesey in the Cockshoot Cup. I was in an MG ZS 180. Somewhere between the banked hairpin and Rocket a brake pad lost its friction material. Got to Rocket, stood on the brakes and.........nothing happened. Straight into the tyres nose first at full chat. To say it rattles the nerves is an understatement
Just found your channel. Thats not a good place to go off, you got away lightly. Great circuit though. Thanks for sharing your stuff, look forward to going through the older videos.
driving a car straight back onto the track isn't the cleverest thing I've seen, imagine if she was leaking oil, or brake oil, id of 100000% checked the car first me. Track standard health and safety
Not really something that crosses your mind straight away after a big hit though, I know where you're coming from but instructions were if you can get back to the pits then do so and thats the first thing that come to mind
Was really impressive to see you turn it around after that mega impact. Also in awe of the video editing. Great job!
Thank you very much sir! 😁

Beautiful stuff man! well done!
Thanks dude 😁
Some great driving my man especially after the crash, keep it up!
Thanks dude!
Think that new side exit exhaust gave you a few more ponies 😂, well done for not letting your little incident slow you down.
Can't argue with the extra performance 😂😂

Cheers mate! Oulton is a wicked track, especially on a dry sunny day 😅😅
sonic forces music is crazy
Get a hans device dude, save your neck! 😂

Jesus I bet that was a frightening experience 😬😬😬
@@RBRacing55 That, my friend, is the understatement of the year! and to make it worse it was 1/2 a lap from the finish!
Couldn't of been any more unlucky 😭😭
@@RBRacing55 Isnt the risk part of the reason why us idiots keep doing it when sensible people would go home?

Yeah I forgot to mention how lucky I was, I've seen much slower crashes come off much worse!
I saw you at teamsport birmingham on Monday I was the one in the redbull suit on the balcony I was going to speak to you but didn't want to annoy you
You can speak to me whenever you want to dude, I'll never get annoyed talking to someone who watches my videos 😁
@RBRacing55 ik but it was a pleasure to see you and I also got my fastest lap that night aswell 😊
Ayyyy well done dude!
The yaris is literally indestructible at this point 😂
Let's not jinx it now
Tis but a scratch.
@@KTB.Msport no wonder why Yaris's are used in banger car racing if they can take this amount of punishment
No HANS ?
@@scottadcock4470 only a 3 point harness in this so not really HANS compatible unless I get a hybrid s device
Those posts on the side of your helmet not attached to anything? Bet you wish you had a HANS on.
Tbf the way my harnesses are on it might have done more damage than good, though I'll definitely be bringing it to sprints in the future from now on 😂
@@RBRacing55 Look at a simpson hybrid. Has straps that go around you instead.

I parked my toyota in pretty much the exact same spot backwards too th-cam.com/video/bAT5EAwsneU/w-d-xo.html
Jeeeez lucky to have escaped that one without a hit! Held it so well until the snap too 😅
