For sure there is a little bit of Art involved into making wine. Actually a lot of it. Indeed, wine is not a commodity, at least at a certain level of quality! Great to see all these myths busted, starting with the fact that man buy wine, while indeed women are responsible for the majority of wine buying decisions in the US but also in most of the Western world countries. Fun talk, but, regardless of the variety, the only thing that getting "freshly laundered linen sheets drying in the wind" means is that whoever washed the glass you're drinking from didn't rinse it out properly. :^)
