    방금 가족들 주려고 만들어 먹었는데 대성공했어요!!! 제 손에서 이런 맛이 나오다니ㅠㅠ 반죽이 좀 질척해져서 냉장휴지해도 올리비아님처럼 매끈얇게는 안되더라고요ㅠㅠ 날씨가 더워서 그런가봐요. 그냥 머핀틀에 대충 사각형으로 잘라서 깔아놓고 질어서 찢어지는 부분은 남은 반죽 조금씩 뜯어서 메꾸고, 사과필링 넣은 다음 접어서 뚜껑덮고 또 찢어지면 남은 반죽 뜯어서 덮고 그랬어요ㅋㅋ그래도 맛은 진짜 맛있어요!

    몇가지 드리고 싶은 질문이 있어서요..! 베이킹 초보라 궁금한게 많네요
    1) 사과잼은 계속 센불로 졸이면 될까요?
    2)휴지를 마친 반죽의 테두리를 반드시 깔끔하게 잘라내시는 이유가 있을까요?
    모양때문이라면 그냥 따로 잘라내지 않고 분배해도 될까요?

      도마는 컷코 제품이고
      비닐팩은 가지고 있던 거 사용했습니다. 20* 30 cm 이상되는 비닐팩 아무거나 사용하시면 됩니다 :)

    스콘 밀어펼때 두께는 어느 정도로 하셨어요? 2mm?

      두께라 ~~ 한 3~4mm 정도인걸로 추측되요. 이 배합을 20*30에 맞추어 밀고 그대로 사용했답니다 :)

    안녕하세요 :-) 영상 잘 봤습니다
    다름이 아니라 베린이라 질문 있어서요!
    저도 모양 잡는 것 때문에 머핀팬 활용해서 스콘을 만들어봤는데 굽고 나면 반죽 바닥이 팬 바닥에 눌러 붙어서 저렇게 식힘망에 뒤집어도 깔끔하게 안 떨어져서요ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 2번 시도했는데 2번 전부 머핀팬 바닥에 눌러붙더라구요 그래서 올리브유 같은 기름을 굽기 전에 팬에 발라보기도 했는데 아예 안 떨어지더라구요 결국 하나 하나 집게로 빼다가 다 망가지구요ㅜ 왜 그럴까요?

    사과가 있는데 말이죵....반죽 만드는게 힘들어보여서 손바닥으로 그렇게 누르고..누르고.. 전 말이죵 밀대로 두들겨 패면서 하렵니당 🤣 복숭아 통조림도 조금 넣으면 맛있을까나?🤔

      가지고 있던 대형비닐팩 사용했습니다. 20* 30 cm 이상되는 비닐팩 아무거나 사용하시면 됩니다 :)
