- Since I've started working on the inside of the cabin, making the furniture and other interior, a big part of it was searching for unique pieces of logs, branches, stones,... It takes a lot of time and patience creating from what you find, but the satisfaction when it all fits is always greater.

the way you walk through nature observing what could suit your imagination to create is wonderful, the wind told so many powerful stories, when you have been working in the forest. your whole family is so inspirational
All that interior log finishing paid off...those logs are almost glowing with a warm, calming hue. It already looks super cozy!

Nik you have a very artistic eye and can see what most people don’t see. Both you are your wife are very hard working and go that bit further than other people do just to get the right bit of wood.

Hi Nik, I totally get that you are not into making YT videos on a consistent basis. I see a lot of YT creators go down the path of addiction to YT dollars. They ofter start off providing great content with no sponsors and no embedded commercials. And they want more and more subscribers and start hawking products to make more money. That's when I say goodbye and move on.
And that is why your channel was so entertaining. Just a lot of wonderful content showcasing your talent as a craftsman. It's been a fun ride. Stay true to your beliefs. I for one definitely support your decision and direction in life.

On my own behalf, I want to add that all the wooden crafts that you brought from the forest must be treated with a chemical solution in order to reduce all bark beetles. Otherwise, they will "eat" your house from the inside.

I had other things I preferred doing, making videos was not a priority for me in the last 6 months. I will make them again in the future. Sorry for not being consistent, but I think uploading videos to YT I'll never be, it's just not what I like.
