Motivational Monday Jennifer Shares Her Heart

Motivation. You can do everything you can think of to get your horse ready to compete, but if you don't prepare yourself mentally, you may be just spinning your wheels. Jennifer does a really good job of explaining this in this video "From The Heart". Lynn for years in her clinics has taught the precept that "practice is 90% physical, competition is 90% mental". Confidence in yourself comes when you begin believing in yourself. You may not be the greatest rider or trainer. You may not be the smartest, prettiest, richest, most athletic, but you ARE YOU, and YOU can do it. Not every day will be perfect, but keep believing in yourself and never give up. Who are you doing this for anyway? :)
