I had actually walked into the kitchen, set my phone down on the counter, and reached for a can of Trader Joe's chili when the canned chili question came up. Then I had my life choices thoroughly mocked.

I was so confused that anyone thought that question would be high. I’ve never even seen chilli in a can. Americans what is your obsession with food in cans?
Ryan Block canned food is generally cheap and it takes a long time to go bad. It also stores really easy and doesnt require any special environments, unlike frozen and fresh foods. Also theres little risk of pests getting inside like boxed foods
Canned food actually became a big deal after World War 2 - America was dealing with a lot of economical issues, but they had all these canning factories due to war rations, so there was a big marketing push for the convenience and and long-lasting nature of canned food. It meant less food waste than fresh, more easily shipped across the country (the US is a massive country with everyone spread out), and was much cheaper and easier to keep stocked in supermarkets (wasn't enough fresh to fill the stores every day but cans lasted months). It just stuck around since then.

As someone who as a teen worked in a drive thru at the golden Arches (in Sweden but whatevs), not many People try to WALK through, but a lot of People tried to go through on bikes, segways, and once a horse (if it was late and my boss wasnt there, i always just let it slide and let them buy their food at the window)

Wow, cultural differences make these questions hard to guess. The drive through one in particular, I would've guessed less than 10%.
The Sero there’s a really popular independent fast food restaurant in my town that encourages people to walk through the drive through so i thought about 70% was a good number. cultural differences!
In Norway, for our senior year of high school, students put it on themselves to do as much weird shit as possible. That includes taking a shopping cart through a McDonalds (because that's like, the only drive-through fast-food restaurant in Norway), so I would have thought the number would be around 70-80% because of how prevalent and relatively easy of a task it is to do.

My left eye is broken and cannot close without the right one also closing
i have this! its like a lazy eye but its just the eyelid instead. i also sometimes sleep with my eyes open.
i cannot wink with my left and only barely with my right bc my left eye still halfway closes. my face is also pretty asymmetrical and my right eye has worse sight so it could be related

Guardians of the Galaxy has pretty good soundtrack cuz its mostly old songs that got refurbished (?) They even released the entire albums in cassette format and stuff which is amazing to me, I really had the urge to buy those cassettes and a walk man with it
