i guess im randomly asking but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot the account password. I would love any tricks you can offer me!
@Ayden Brody i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Good to know I've been doing it almost the same as everyone else. The V3 electronics are a tight fit under the mount bracket. Nice series of videos. Thanks.
these are the "im almost there" stages that are really gratifying. Then button it all up and stare at it for a bit like a new truck that rolled off the assembly line.
no doubt the Tamiya kits are better put together with better instructions. But and it's a big but lol. These cost a fraction of those and they are a different scale so it definitely is for us who like to run the small scale RCs as well. Nothing like a small rc still killing it on some trails.
I see you use many res-v3 controls. Have you ever used 3s and stress test? I'm debating if I should get a separate compact esc. because I like to muddin'.
I use the Res-V3 on my B36KM on 3s with metal wheels and wheel weights and it is handling it so far just dont use a high C rated lipo is WPLs recommendations so I use a 2200mah 3s 25c. I like going standalone if possible on electronics but the v3 is not too shabby for the price and all the functionality built in.
@@RunThatRC I agree with you on all the extras that it has. I didn't know that they recommend 25c. Good thing to know. Glad to hear it can handle a load. On my channel I have a clip of my dragging chain also. Have you ever burned up an esc in one from overloading?
Perfect. KM? This is the first time that I've heard of that suffix. What does it mean exactly? What does the -1 suffix mean, also? Thank you. It seems to me that the white one is a different truck to the red and blue ones? They look different and are never in the same ad together. What is the designation for a metal body? Thank you, kemble
Not sure what the -1 really means other than they are newer. The KM is for Kit Metal. It's the term used for the kits that come with the metal upgrades vs a complete stock plastic kit.
@@RunThatRC Awesome, Bro! Thank you for responding. Ya, I finally made myself look for the official WPL site and what a disappointment that was. I don't see much of anything that my build will be using from there. Ok, how about this? Do the C24s have a metal body option somewhere? I'm building a portal axle rig with the brushless 6800kv motor and all metal everything. 2 speed tranny. The first choice body is a 1955 Chevy step side that is a heavy metal display type with opening doors, hood and tail gate. I think it's like a 1/24th scale(?) so its going to look crazy sitting on the portal based chassis. Meh, if it doesn't work, I will just put the regular cab and bed on it. I'm definitely going to need wheel weights and other stuff to try offset the insanity. How about this? Something, that I haven't seen anywhere yet is shocks from like a dirt bike with the extended travel forks. Those would look and work killer on some types of these machines, IMHO. The only real thing that I am working on is I want the soft tires from the kits, but I really don't want anything else from it. Any thoughts? Hey, thanks again for responding. kemble gilstrap
I have a similar WPL RES V3 set up on a C34km with upgraded servo (JX PDI-2506MG). However the servo arm rotation direction is reverse. Would you know if i can change this in the controller?
If you can find rc4wd 1inch tires they fit. I just cut the kit tires and make them look like swampers. I've done one brushless with 2speed and its not bad. I still prefer the brushed because I was using a sensorless system so no slow control. Not to bad though.
I don’t know if you read your comments but did the motor come with it when you bought it because I’m trying to buy one but I don’t know if it comes with the controller
WPL kits only include the motor. You will need your own tx/rx and battery/charger. You can get a all in one unit like the wpl Res. V3 esc receiver combo.
Which external esc can I run? I have a latrax esc laying around from when I upgraded my rally to brushless and since they use the same motor size I was curious if the latrax esc may offer some smoother operation and be able to handle a stronger battery since I have several mini 2s and 3s lipo packs for the rally.
any brushed esc you can fit in there will work. I prefer to have some sort of drag brake function. It helps make the crawling experience a lot smoother.
yes but the transmitters steerimg rate is set too fast so small inputs are needed for more precise steering. The throttle control makes up for it in my opinion.
it was a test because wpl has waterproofed parts of the board but not all. So I just coated the rest and left the portion they did alone. I did end up coating the whole thing eventually.
Awesome job on this build series. Going to do the same! Can you do me a favor and post your build (e.g. ESC, 2-speed motor, etc.) so I can purchase them off of BG? Thanks in advance and sorry for the inconvenience!

@Ayden Brody It worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my ass !
@Aron Vihaan Glad I could help :D
I'm patiently waiting for a c24-1 kit to arrive. Thanks for the building tips!
Hope you enjoy it!

it is tight in there but fold the wires just right and your good to go!
Ah, now that was almost as satisfying to watch as building it myself would have been!

@@RunThatRC Quiet satisfaction - you don´t get that with an RTR model!
@@Del350K4 definitely not
Good show!
I designed and 3d printed a mount for that size servo on this truck. I also set it up to hold a 7.4 lipo under the bed. All 3d printed.
nice! thise are some upgrades that people like!
Great vid, nice build. Cant wait to see it run..
me too! always fun to do a maiden run
Good job man, appreciate the videos it really helps !

Glad you like them!
i love this videos i wish i had money to buy a rc love your videos

thank you for stopping by!
How wonderful it is so beautiful how much its price please reply😊💰
they are around $50usd check the link in description box.

@@vinnieland6140 only burned one out and it was a V2 version due to continuous water runs not any overloads yet.
Hey dude, thanks for the great tips! What wheels are you running on your blue Hilux? TIA!
Those are 3d printed wheels from thingiverse. They are method style wheels.

Hello people
different axle internals with U joint style axles for more steering angle than plastic dogbone style axles.

🤔 hi sir, i want buy c24 kit but i have original d12 circuit board can this install to c24 kit ?
you can but it won't have drag brakes and it won't have a slow crawl control.
@@RunThatRC ouhhh okok now i know why some people won't used that think
What do you think about a brushless conversion running 2s and is there any other tire options for these things I'm doing the aluminum wheel upgrade

which is better? wpl C24KM or c24 all metal from banggood?
I like the KM because I'm a fan of the 2 speed.
I already buy the Wpl C24-1 rtr, but can i still used it as a kit and remove the electronics if i already have the budget to get the km chassis?
you can always upgrade your truck. They sell metal kits and such out there so you can KM it out or even better.
I don’t know if you read your comments but did the motor come with it when you bought it because I’m trying to buy one but I don’t know if it comes with the controller

Are you able to steer slowly?
yes but the transmitters steerimg rate is set too fast so small inputs are needed for more precise steering. The throttle control makes up for it in my opinion.
At 0:33 the circuit boart has some spots exposed, the boards okay still when that’s exposed?
it was a test because wpl has waterproofed parts of the board but not all. So I just coated the rest and left the portion they did alone. I did end up coating the whole thing eventually.

search banggood for wpl v3 esc receiver combo. The C24KM comes standard with the 2 speed.
That’s a diesel sound box guy. That truck should be gas
my hilux is diesel with air brakes. Its custom hahaha.
