Making a IR Soldering Iron at home! Awesome DIY! 2021

Today we will make an INFRARED soldering iron at home!
We need:
- car cigarette lighter,
- steel clips or steel wire,
- a piece of wood,
- connecting clamps for wires,
- blue electrical tape,
- connector for DC power supply,

- etc.
With the help of such an IR soldering iron, you can work with small SMD parts and with multi-pin radio parts. Such a soldering iron works in a non-contact method, transferring heat to parts through infrared radiation. Such a soldering iron does not damage parts and boards, therefore it is convenient to work with multi-component electronic boards and devices with such a tool.

components can destroy because same amount of heat is transferring to soldered joints and components as well as heat is transferring via convection while in conventional soldering most of the heat is transferred to the soldered joints only as the soldering iron tip only makes contact with soldering joints only because heat is transferred via conduction mode in this method
