    A small tip:
    Buy a foldable silicon funnel, which costs just 70 rupees at Amazon. It would be very useful while filling fuel.

    Hello bro, I've few questions.
    How much petrol shall I carry for my Interceptor 650cc bike for a Spiti Ride? (Mileage of my bike was around 22km per litre on ladakh trip)
    2. What's better 2 litre coke bottles or normal 5 litre oil Jerry Can?

    • @kamzsingh
      @kamzsingh 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      PS: I ordered 5 ltrs Launghaul Jerry can from Amazon and it had leakage issue so returned it. Have very few days left to get a new one ordered before my ride.

      1. The longest stretch where you will not find a petrol pump will be Reckong Peo to Kaza which will be 215 km approx. So, based on mileage and fuel tank capacity you can wish to carry enough. Just make sure you tank it up at Reckong Peo and Kaza. If Manali side only you are traveling then consider about 185 km of travel without fuel pump
      2. It depends how you plzn to carry. If you have carrier then better take normal jerry can

    I have a Himalayan n will be using trail bag n then carry Jerry can inside it. With liquid weight around your front body does it create balancing issue especially while turns ,twist or off roading ?

    How to manage the bike rental from.manali rented bikes and where can we use them if not permitted in leh .

    • @discoverwithdheeraj
      @discoverwithdheeraj  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rishabh, you can check the below 2 videos for all the details on this topic:

      th-cam.com/video/i1Ukpitku5A/w-d-xo.html
      Basically Ladakh sightseeing can only be done on Ladakh rented bike. Rest you can use outside rented bikes for reaching Leh and coming back.

    With my past experiences, most bike returns higher mileage than expected.!! True.
    However individual math should be considered for carrying fuel!! Having more fuel is always advised ! Unexpected detours/incidents taken care.
