It was such a pleasure to have you visit The Spark, Sarah! You and Little One have a really warm and sincere energy and I appreciate your thoughtful video! Super well done - I am deeply honored that you chose to spend your time here and for the work you put into this beautiful video... You and your little pup always have a place to stay right here! And your rig is absolutely fabulous - I appreciated the tour!
Thank you for the 420 friendly part, it can be a stressful part of travel when one has medical needs and it's a prohibitionist state. I hope I can make it back to Arizona in my own rig and visit!
Cliff is amazing!! His campground is awesome!! And now I miss home 🥺 anyone who wants a good experience and with an amazing guy who is a great friend stop by and see Cliff he will take care of you for sure and it really is that pleasant out in the nature in Ash Fork!!! You are doing amazing Cliff keep up the good work take care 🤗
Oh lord it’s hard to be humble! Lol. Sweet Moonlight Market. Thx to Cliff. I lived on Cararact Lake outside of Williams back in 71-72. Then came the freeway. My land is now a Coconino County Park. I left. Live near the Canadian border.
Hi Sarah 👋 what a lovely place...gem in Arizona. The owner, Cliff seemed to be a very nice fellow and was thrilled to have you, WJ staying there on his land. 👍 Looks like a very special place, thanks so much for sharing. Chock up another great find!! 🏕️ I'm glad you enjoyed your stay there. Off to the next adventure girl. Good luck with your off grid new land project! 👍😊 Best to Little One ❤️🐕
Making me jealous. Love how people open up their property for use, they deserve respect for taking care of the land. I can't wait to get my rig finished so I can go out camping.
Hey There… Been living vicariously through Your videos lately.. I was once a nomad and loved nothing better than to be out in nature with my hound dogs out here in AZ, but alas, fate had different plans for me, I was in a very bad Motorcycle wreak in 2007, died twice on the road, then fought a bone infection for 5 years, then they had to take my left leg in 2012, and that officially took all the trails away from me.. I so miss sitting next to the lake meditating in the morning sun.. now if I can’t drive right up to it.. all I can do is dream and remember all the beautiful places and watch your videos and all the beautiful moments and places you roam too!!! Safe travels sister!!
Hello Jeepsee! Good morning. I never have stayed on BLM land simply because I always liked to hook up my van so I could have my slow cooker, microwave and tv back in the day. Plus in Texas and New Mexico, Laughlin etc. I would put a small electric ac in my passenger window so my long haired tourtie shell cat could be comfy in high heat. But back in the day when I camped some spots were only 12 bucks to hook up!😂 Those days are gone😢 That's a terrifice spot. Thanks for sharing info about places like that. HAVE a lovely week. Im working on getting legs back from a Dr. Giving me antibiotics she shouldn't have and it left me rather lame. She misdiagnosed what was simply inflamation. So.....I'm working hard to walk again.
My friend just sold his property in Ashfork because of theft when he would leave to travel. I hope you’re not looking to live there.. there is still a woman missing around that area also. She drove there to camp and hasn’t been seen since. Just be careful. ❤
Are you talking about the lady that left CA and was heading back east to a wedding- Chelsea Grimm, If so, I checked recently to see if she was found , can’t believe she and Daniel Robinson are still missing
I had property near Ashfork and heard the stories. Changed to Apache County and heard the same thing and my new generator and tools@ were stolen. Good trail cameras at least help identify the thieves.
Sarah…your jeep is SUPER nice. When I saw it in Tacopa I was thrown aback by how BIG it actually is! It looks much smaller on camera. You’ve made it a home! She is beautiful….just like her owner! I know… enough already! P.S……you seem so much happier lately!!!!
Hope you had fun, the desert is beautiful. I lived in Las Cruces for 8 years and will return after family issue is resolved. But I will RV in the mountains as home. I found two beautiful areas with small population. Have fun, be safe. ✌🏼
Hello Sara, I don’t think you’re an old lady. I’m 61 years old and I enjoy your travels with your camera. Beautiful pictures. Keep up the good work your friend Gary.
Just found out something interesting about the juniper tree. The males are the ones without the berries or very few berries, and the females are the ones with a lot of berries and the American natives used to use that the skins of the Juniperberry in breads, and for medicinal purposes, it was a very interesting video I watched.
I'm blessed to call Cliff family. This is amazing and I love the video. Jealous you get to enjoy these adventures, and time with my amazing brother in law 💖✌️
Assfork is way cool I'm there a lot every year...I bring a lot of flagstone out of there for projects I do...but ashfork is great ...the restaurant in town is awesome too...very 420 friendly all around there...but if you go up in to the foothills you can look at ashfork history...lot of it there. Number one flagstone destination in the whole world
I love the Arizona desert! I was in this area 2 weeks ago checking out native ruins like Walnut Canyon, Montezuma Well, and Montezuma Castle. I want to make a weekend trip to Sycamore Falls later this spring.
Wow Sarah, that place looks priceless for peace and quiet. Ive hauled lotsa campers out that way on I 40, I've never taken the time to flank off the big road tho.......Great video by the way !
Speaking of deer when I was a child there was a game farm near were I lived with deer and other animals roaming free and very tame you could pet, feed, and interact with, including many deer, which was kind of surreal.
Thx Sarah...very nice place to camp...Cliff was great. Being in nature is a healing experience... I do all remote camping in the Mojave and love it for the vistas, solitude and peace. Stay safe with Little One...happy trails.
Hi friend. Cancelled my maiden voyage solo to Highlands Hammock in Florida this January due to cold nights n untested gear issues, etc. Trying everything out in late Spring. Tx for all the great vids n tips.
I live just south of Ashfork, it is pretty country here...I just wish the summers weren't quite so hot. I didn't know there was a hipcamp in Ashfork, I looked it up and discovered there are several in this area. Nice video, I'm glad you got to enjoy time with nature.
A while back you was in the PNW and was raving about Hipcamp so I looked it up and signed on. Have yet to use it but I am exploring a lot of places. Many places near me here in Michigan and nearby states too. So thanks for introducing me to such a great resource.
Ooo the Council of Juniper what a perfect meditation spot! 🧘🏻♀ And you're right, meditation is so incredible and I have found some amazing things in my inner journeys. 👁✨👁
Thank you so much for the video 😊 I live in Singapore and we dont have all the awesome nature locations in your videos. It’s always calming to watch your videos. Thank you for the effort.
Wow, what a beautiful camping spot! You definitely radiate a positive vibe through the computer screen. I must admit that I have been binge-watching TH-cam clips, lying in bed sick, but for the 25ish minutes of this video, I've literally felt better. Cliff seems like a really cool dude. I've subscribed to his page as well. Peace and love - Mark.
just discovered the channel ! *envious* ive been thinking about doing something similar in order to get away from the daily stress of what is now "normal" life for most people. im a citizen of planet earth, not some social security numbered slave to an ever increasing in size and corruption government...i make tattoos and music, so that travels well. but im still a bit scared, and i think starting up would cost more than i have now. ill keep watching, as it inspires me a great deal ! be safe out there, and ENJOY !
Thanks for sharing this hip camp site. I do quite a bit of camping down in Sedona and in some areas around Flagstaff. I didn't know that there are camp sites in Ashfork. I will definitely look into this area for an overnight campsite since I don't live that far from there.
When you and little one selected each other, I bet little one had no idea what she was in for. But now I think she enjoys it very much. And definitely enjoys you, just like the rest of us
Almost looked like my area Sarah. The one hill there in the background looked like roundtop not too far away from my home. Beautiful area. Safe travels for you and little one and good luck with your newly acquired property and off grid build😊
Congratulations again on your 40k subscribers! I just started a channel and I have 10! Lol….(only doing shorts right now). Hey…..maybe you could do Hip Camp on your new property! Just a spot or two! You’d make a fortune!!!!
❤Hey Jeepsy... totally understand the human interaction. Sometimes I'll hit the trucker bar in the large stops and get in political debates, women discussions, war, philosophy, or pretty much any topic you could think of. In any case it does help with the loneliness. Sometimes it's pretty fun and sometimes aggravating. Ha Ha!😅 . All of northern Arizona is windy during the winter months and breezy during the rest, i know the area and its definitely peaceful and I think you made a good decision on where you have your property and when you get your permanent home you will make it your sanctuary where you can come back and just unwind, congratulations!
No well here at The Spark unfortunately - but I do sell it by the gallon, and just a few miles down the freeway you can fill your clean tanks, dump the dirty ones, and drop your garbage about ten minutes from my place at the Belen Star market. :)
