Cheating has gone out of hand in all multiplayer games, it became a literal industry where people work 9-5 developing cheats, testing them, advertising them.
it is seriously pathetic at what point are they not even playing the game and just having ai play for them, how is it even rewarding? ill never understand it. its like does it still feel good hitting epic shots and sick plays when its not even through your own skill and game knowledge. Even more on a game like Valorant because it's way harder than other games, trust me it was rewarding when i alone was able to counter Vanguard's protection developped by hundreds of other developpers. I never shared the cheats i made on the game tho. Others cheat developpers just sell their cheats. Only the one that buys them are pathetic

Not everyone plays this game for fun like you do. An immortal 1 account with no skins sells for $70-$110 depending on the server. So cheaters have high incentive to boost an account with cheats and then sell it. Only takes selling 5 immortal accounts to pay my rent for a month lol
I like how teammates always get so butt-hurt if you even imply someone on the enemy team might be hacking; like they all assume that hackers will come out waving a flag that says "I'm a hacker," yeah, they're not stupid, they know how to blend in with other players.
Yeah Valorant players lack knowledge on what to look for to identify cheaters. Their idea of cheating is like old school cod lobbies where you see people with overly robotic aim. But thinks have changed, most cheats are made to look like a legit player
if i feel like someone is hitting crazy shots nobody should be hitting ill just hit a report real quick. if i get any feedback during game or after, ill know. although there was one match where the enemy was blatantly cheating and our entire team reported and nothing happened. We were all getting 1 tapped thru smokes even without giving any info or being spotted. the other team would legit just smoke a line onto site and we'd get 1 tapped by the one enemy it was kind of insane at one point we tried to test it and just sat in spawn and the other team instantly came running to us, and to further test it we smoked both sides of our spawn and we still got shot/killed thru the smokes even tho they couldnt see us LOL
@@MShaneM yeah I usually send out reports for players i suspect. its resulted in a ban a couple times. One time I added a hackers duo after he got banned, so I was able to look at the hackers match history and see his scores for each game and the scores look completely normal. they don't go 30-0 like most people would assume. it's more like 20-13.

They do. But not the cheaters that you think. Vanguard does a good job at banning the kids using $10 budget cheats. But anyone willing to spend a few hundred dollars on a more sophisticated cheat will last many months sometimes years if they stay below Radiant
there's a reason for this: vanguard DOES detect all cheats, but it doesn't ban them right away, the reason being is if you make a cheat, it gets banned instantly, then you can just see what got detected and try to work around it and this makes the cheaters always be 1 step ahead of vanguard, but if vanguard waits to ban the cheaters (in the case of a distributed cheat it'll wait until the number of users is really high or starts to flatten out), vanguard will do one massive banwave for those cheaters, this also makes it really hard to detect what exactly happened to get the cheat detected, this is also why riot is implementing RR rollback
Cheating gets worse in almost all games, idk how roblox has like one of the best anticheats edit: some of you say its easy to cheat in roblox I believe it was 1+ year ago, but now they're actively patching executor with the "new" anticheat

I don't care what they say, Valorant still has no replay/demo system, and the only reason for this is hide wallhackers and "protect" the "reputation" of their Anti-Cheat. It''s the only reason. A replay system is a key in competitive games, because not only helps you to spot cheaters not spotted by AC, it helps you to improve. To know exactly how your strategies impact or not in your enemies. Your timings. Even it could help you to discard that someone was cheating, because you will see all the info they had in the round.
truth man when i was immo 1 it was like 18000 placement and then the next acts everyone i know who still grinds is between 7000-9000 while immo 1 like over half of that rank was cheaters cause howd it drop by half same reason why i quit cs and now i dont play ranked in val cause its to big of a waste of time was ep 6 when i was dat rank US server
The issue about Valorant is that all their moderation and anti-cheat is fully and completly incompetant. They brag all the time about how good their anti-cheat is and yet Vanguard is literally just YOLO. Not only can Valorant not correctly identify cheats past bloody obvious ones, it also turns the game into the ultimate security risk.
That also isn’t effective cuz a player can just be good. Heck on a good day when my aim is very good, I get called a cheater at times nd it’s not a nice feeling knowing I m not even cheating. But sometimes I also take it as a compliment

Having used cheats in this game for the past three acts without getting banned, I can say that "legit cheating" is incredibly easy-mostly because the average player has little idea how to spot a cheater. For instance, they’ll see a fresh level 20 account in Ascendant or Immortal dropping 30-40 kills per game with no skins and just assume the player is legit. Why? Because they aren’t getting shot through smokes or walls. For most players, the only signs of cheating are kills through smokes, wall shots, or overly robotic aim. If those aren't happening, they’re quick to believe it’s just a smurf/cracked player The truth is, modern cheats are often designed to look completely legitimate, and many cheat developers advise users to avoid rage cheating to avoid manual bans. I even told a teammate in-game that I was cheating, but since I wasn’t at the top of the scoreboard or hitting 40 kills, they thought I was joking! 😂 Riot likes to push the narrative that Vanguard is highly effective, but the reality is it mostly stops $10 budget cheats. Anyone willing to spend a couple hundred dollars on a more advanced cheat can often avoid detection for months. Of course, experienced cheaters know to avoid high Radiant ranks, where there’s more scrutiny due to the presence of pros and streamers with connections to Riot. Riot tends to protect those players as they bring visibility and business, so cheaters stay in low to mid Immortal to fly under the radar.
True. I have played Valorant, CS2, R6s and every other "cs like" game and I can say that 90% of the time you do not know who is cheating. I have had times where someone on my team cheated and I did not even know. Legit cheating even has a whole youtube scene of people making videos of it.
I agree with you because no one suspects in valorant till its way too blatant since its partially the community's and riot's own fault about smurfing which everyone concludes to after whitnesing any skill inbalance between them

We had a dumb Brimstone just yesterday ult us from the other side of the map despite being the last player with no intel, and Op shot us through a wall despite nobody having seen us at that part of the map, as well as a Harbor that did nothing but headshots We were running double smokes (Omen, Brim,) and double flash (Gekko, Yoru,), so some of these kills were done through smokes and through flash - either headshots from Harbor or Op shots from Brim We actually won that game because the players themselves had terrible game awareness and they had a more honest but unskilled Chamber to farm kills off of
Some kills through smokes I know is just me getting unlucky. But I've had a game where no one in my team would sit inside a smoke for 8 straight rounds, and the enemy team neve spammed inside the smokes. On the 9th round, I decided to sit inside it with a shorty; I made sure to do the same smoke I was always doing before so to no get any suspicion; made no sound whatsoever. And for the first time in 9 rounds they decided to spam inside the smoke before entering or before spamming through to any bombsite spots. Right, and Riot wants me to believe Vanguard is almost perfect

i can honestly understand the thrill of finding harder to detect cheats for a game from the point of view of a hacker. this is a very small group of cheaters tho, most are still just coping because theyre bad at the game
not really.. usually its because they find it fun and know that since they have the knowledge to make cheats, they can abuse that to make free money off of the people who rage cheat, cheat for fun, etc
I know most are prerecorded loops and stuff but I have encountered a few wich are live and run on pc and don’t get banned for example they would read chat and react to what we where saying eg “throw gun spray on ground then crouch three times” and they would do it it was an actual wtf moment when I realised it was actualy live and not just a voice over
@@crimbolioi have unfortunately run into one of these tiktok hackers before, and found their tiktok live also the other guy said that it wouldnt be possible to crouch and spray in game if the footage was pre recorded
I don't like jumping on the copium cheating boat in general because it just kills any improvement mindsets, but i can't deny that there is a growing amount that do, just look at how much people don't hesitate to stream snipe when they can because they know it's a free wallhack without any risks but as these cheats become better that "risk" aspect diminishes and a growing amount start cheating, i've also noticed that as time goes most cheaters are becoming very clever in game doing just enough to guarrantee the win, for e.g being able to perfectly spam through smokes in clutches, or making perfect VCT calls once or twice per half, those are not the cheaters caught by Vanguard or being mass reported as they appear legit, the most annoying aspect of this is that this is part of being a good player and the paranoia this can instill completely remvoves the fun out of the game imo. EDIT: I'd like to add that people confuse the lack of red screens with the actual number of cheaters that they encountered in their games; red screens mid-game are actually pretty rare overall, and those happen to either obvious or newbie cheaters, not veterans.
Yup. You hit the nail on the head. I cheat and I don't need to drop 40 kills every game and get myself mass reported. I tell my team "Hey guys, one of their players are streaming! I will tell you which site has no sentinel". This is a lie, I actually have wallhacks. Then I proceed to get maybe 1-2 kills per round. Rarely top frag. Average kd, but my win rate is high
@@paraenesis I think a lot of streamers dont want to use delay though cause it disconnects them terribly with the chats reactions. They end up just not streaming when grinding. This is why mooda is king.
I don't notice cheats in imm1-imm2 (maybe just me being blind to it), but when I smurf I notice blatant cheaters in plat/dia pretty often, like every 10 matches someone. It's really bad the past 6 months or so.

Not a bad video! It's a pretty decent explanation of Valorant cheating, but sort of from a surface level. Although I believe this doesn't capture much of the current state of Val cheating. For example, I don't think there was a mention of DMA, which is the current leader of hardware cheat technology. Explaining that would've been pretty cool -- like how it works, what is needed to make it work (firmware, mouse emulation, HDMI fuser), and the high cost of such a set up. And I know this isn't the point of the video, but there's a bunch of interesting stuff that goes on with the Vangaurd AC team and DMA detection methods, such as the use of undocumented windows functions/api to detect a DMA device. Also the fact that you have to enable IOMMU to run Valorant is another detection vector for DMA. IMO, you should've shortened the portion on aimbot/triggerbot. There really didn't need to be a section on flickbot, for example. Flickbot is really just an aimbot that flicks to the enemy and back to the previous crosshair position, nothing special. The explanation on colorbots and AI aimbots were good and accurate. The main appeal to these is that they don't tamper with memory, allowing them to fly relatively undetected. What usually gets these banned is the mouse input method. Like you mentioned, using a 2 PC setup and an arduino is one method to send mouse inputs to your computer without running code on your computer. However, the set up of an arduino is very technical, and the use of more consumer friendly mouse emulators like a KMBox (very popular in china) is more or less on the rise. And another interesting thing you could've added was the fact that Riot, with collaboration of Chinese police, have arrested sellers of cheat software + hardware like KMBoxs. One last thing: The main appeal of TPM is that its Endorsement Key usually cannot be spoofed. This does NOT mean that the serials of the computer components cannot be changed. Those can be changed, but the TPM EK can't be, and that's what Vangaurd checks when seeing if you are attempting to bypass a ban. That was a big step for Riot as it caused every spoof provider to not work. The only way to spoof now is to buy a separate TPM chip (along with the normal spoofing method) or finding a spoof provider with some sort of TPM bypass (which usually doesn't work, btw).
how is IOMMU an extra detection vector for DMA? i still cant understand what this does in regards to DMA. is it supposed to prevent the dma from accessing the memory of the game?
100% what i was thinking , i fully agree with u aside from the flickbot thing (flickbot just aims at the enemy, silent aim is what makes it aim back but its not true silent aim because real silent aim requires memory access) also kmbox's are really popular but honestly vanguard could easily detect them as they arent as flexible in customization like arduinos are. not sure why they havent already
@@crazed57 Yeah. IOMMU can prevent DMA attacks by controlling which memory areas are accessible to which devices. I don't really work with DMA though so I can't give any detailed responses.
I've got a false positive ban some time ago, never got a response back from riot games... It's so sad to see that legit people can be banned and don't get any attention and cheaters are swarming the game in, also I've notice Valorant is so buggy lately, am an AMD user, my GPU has been bottlenecking a lot, my friend that also has a AMD gpu is also having severe stuttering problems, matchmaking is getting longer to find matches, I'm on the edge to drop the game, It's so sad to see how it has evolved.

I think the only way to get rid of cheats is if you get caught useing/selling them you get massive fines or if you sell them prison time that will stop people from buying them which will mean people won't make them
My friend who I thought was legit started playing act 1 till act 3 he was gold peak, then suddenly he started getting more and more rank win and I thought he keeps preaching practice and practice but he was just using color aim he got banned in act 8 he was radiant act 5 immortal 6 and 7. He un-added us all and just never talked to us again
I played 5-Stack with friends like yesterday and we Q‘d 2 times in a row into blatant cheaters who are boosting players ranks. They didn’t get banned and I lost 52rr in just two games going quadruple negative. Why the fuck do we destroy our PCs by disabling a setting in bios for a faulty and weak anti-cheat system that doesn’t do any justice to cheaters???
Feels like closet cheating has become insanely high. We take first 2 rounds easy and enemy Reyna team blows us up for the rest of the game like we were bunch of Bronze players. Like every peek they are holding you and ready to shoot you. Happens wayyy too much these days.
To this day I don't believe Solista used hacks, and I have been gaming since 2000's, dealing with hackers since cs1.3. If the video creator did he research properly, he would know that Solista used space to shoot, which might seem odd, but it's good to avoid mouse unintended mouse movements when clicking the mouse buttons, I've tried myself, it's a proper way to play.
It is so hilarious how even something like vanguard which is anti-cheat devs doing everything in their power is still completely and utterly useless except for deterring the most basic script-kiddies. And all of these billions spent just so they don't have to pay a couple cents to do server-side anti cheat and not open up security vulnerabilities for their users, the stupidity is immeasurable.
@@dahahaka To be fair to Vanguard, it is stopping loads of script kiddies with low budgets from destroying the game. Unlike CS or other games, some random kid can't spend $10 and have a cheat that takes 100s of games for them to get banned. You typically won't last more than 10 games with budget cheats, often times you will get insta ban upon injection. The cheaters you see who last multiple acts/hundreds of games without bans are typically using expensive and sophisticated cheats like DMA/2pc cheats/hardware/etc. Once you hit Ascendant+, I'd say you will typically run into a cheater once every 10-20 games. Which isn't a lot at all.
@@GlenBeale This is a big thing when it comes to Valorant's AC. People can bitch about it all they want but the number of cheaters is drastically lower than a game like CS because of the way their AC works and how aggressive it is.
@@Noriaela You are right that it is lower, but it's nowhere near 0. Riot have admitted to banning 60k accounts per week in Valorant. And way more in school holidays. So sure there could be way more cheaters ruining the game, but there is still a significant portion that are cheating. I think this could be why they refuse to implement a replay system

One thing i've seen one of my friends do is take a capture card and use it as a hardware trigger bot using a color bot that would make a machine press on his mouse button. I swear people will do anything to cheat 💀
insane to see someone openly admit to riots overly invasive anti cheat not actually being much better the VAC at preventing cheating. Maybe you don't know but vanguard is not just for preventing cheaters from cheating, it's also for catching them live while cheating. Vanguard has a built-in AI model. With that AI model, vanguard always watching your every move. If you do something impossible or something weird over and over again every round or even every match, it bans you. Thanks to being an AI, it can see the difference between a human reaction and an aimbot reaction super easily (except for external hardware cheats like a motorized mouse.). No matter how much cheaters try to make cheats look like human reactions, they can't hide it from vanguard. That's why it's not if they get banned, it's when they get banned. With every ban, riot analyzes that banned cheats and updates vanguard's AI model to detect and ban that cheats as soon as they use it. As the AI model continues to learn about that new cheats it becomes more and more effective and catches more cheaters. And riot updates vanguard more frequently. Also, vanguard is actually better then people think but because it's an AI, riot adjusts AI's decision parameters to ensure nobody except actual cheaters get banned. So, vanguard plays safe to not ban innocent players. That's why vanguard doesn't ban cheaters instantly. It observes suspected players for a while before banning them to ensure they are %100 cheating and it's not just false positive. Side note: Player reports affects vanguard's decisions and reporting them will make vanguard more likely to ban them. So, report every suspecious player to help vanguard detecting them.
I believe vanguard has not been updated in a few years, because i have never seen so many cheaters in game as i see now. Yesterday i saw a video of a famous Valorant streamer TCK showing a player that cheated from plat to radiant and is still playing the game. If Riot dont act soon, the game will die.
i knew a guy who queued with the now banned former rank 1 cheater "going for clip" in swiftplays and im not sure how he managed to get away with it for nearly two acts
What I dont get about the people makign the cheats: Being so skilled enough to develop cheats that dont get detected for months if not longer. Yet they wasting their time selling cheats in Valorant than going out and gettign a job lets say in Cyber security. Are cheats really that lucrative??
Riot banned me over 2 years ago for third-party usage which is completely false. I’ve made a dozen appeals with all of them getting “solved” with no response whilst real hackers are being untouched.
i know people who got banned (2 years ago) for using a fortnite 3rd party system to help with lower end systems.. valorant saw it as some sort of cheat for valorant and banned them permanently without responding in tickets
Anticheat is a lost battle. We should just accept at this point that competitive shooters outside of LAN Events are never going to become better. Only worse.
Regarding to HVCI and outdated systems, how outdated are we talking. I am personally using my own stripped down version of Windows 11 so that I don't have to deall with all the Microsoft crap and bloatware, even in a KVM. Will I not be able to play anymore because of this? Don't get me wrong, after playing CS:GO for years and being forced to sell all my skins (1200$) and leave the game because the cheating situation is just unbearable anymore, I do love when there is a serious focus on anticheat. At the same time, I would like to continue playing Valorant on linux.

I literally just encounter cheaters twice yesterday, in bronze for some reason, and the kill gap is not really there either. it's just... I don't understand, why would they cheat in low elo like that

The main reason I stopped playing these competitive multiplayer FPS games is that they're full of cheaters... If everyone who wasn't a cheater revolted and stopped playing too, companies would be forced to do something about it, or do you think that a multi-billion dollar company doesn't have the conditions to improve and drastically reduce this absurd amount of cheaters that are happening in games like COD VALORANT and CS... Yes, they do, but this generates $$$ for them

Thanks for your comment! I know, but Vanguard is really strong right now and the number of high elo cheaters is decreasing day by day. In the past, these cheaters could play in high elo for 3-6 months without getting banned by playing legit. However, now this period has become much shorter, and they are getting banned quickly. Beating Riot's anti-cheat is absolutely impossible.

I used to cheat got addicted and learned how to dev them. It is like a drug if you do cheat try not to get manipulated into wasting money. Idc about a stupid game or its stupid player base just keep your money in your pocket.
Cheating is the worst, we had a match last time, no one was visible hacking but as we were 12-7 the enemy was probably hacking and made it basically a draw since if someone is detected, no rewards are given, it was the worst.
Love the effort theyre doing to fight hackers but theyll never win sadly its just a game of cat and mouse anti cheat changes? Hackers just find another way to bypass.

I have 10,000 hours in Valorant I have seen the red screen 3-4 times I reached radiant 3 times valorant doesn't have a cheater problem it has an insane smurf problem, the reason valorant is dieing is because of smurfs this is facts.
I know its bad for the game but i personaly use triggerbot in valo and what i lerned is that around asc to immortal there will be a manual check by rito to see if you games are looking normal befor asc and even in immo 2-3 you can cheat all you want (if you dont spin bot make it obv ) and the anti cheat will not ban you specialy if you use only things like trigger bot. My for exampel runs with autohot key and just presses my mous key for me if it sees the righ color and the anti cheat can not see that . The only time (in 1 year of cheating) i was baned is becausw i got in a game with a rito dev (around asc ) and hit one or two shots that are not possibal for humans

if i feel like someone is hitting crazy shots nobody should be hitting ill just hit a report real quick. if i get any feedback during game or after, ill know. although there was one match where the enemy was blatantly cheating and our entire team reported and nothing happened. We were all getting 1 tapped thru smokes even without giving any info or being spotted. the other team would legit just smoke a line onto site and we'd get 1 tapped by the one enemy it was kind of insane
at one point we tried to test it and just sat in spawn and the other team instantly came running to us, and to further test it we smoked both sides of our spawn and we still got shot/killed thru the smokes even tho they couldnt see us LOL

One time I added a hackers duo after he got banned, so I was able to look at the hackers match history and see his scores for each game and the scores look completely normal. they don't go 30-0 like most people would assume. it's more like 20-13.
Though this depends. A really good player will blend very well because their gamesense develop, while relatively new players don't.

They do. But not the cheaters that you think. Vanguard does a good job at banning the kids using $10 budget cheats. But anyone willing to spend a few hundred dollars on a more sophisticated cheat will last many months sometimes years if they stay below Radiant
there's a reason for this: vanguard DOES detect all cheats, but it doesn't ban them right away, the reason being is if you make a cheat, it gets banned instantly, then you can just see what got detected and try to work around it and this makes the cheaters always be 1 step ahead of vanguard, but if vanguard waits to ban the cheaters (in the case of a distributed cheat it'll wait until the number of users is really high or starts to flatten out), vanguard will do one massive banwave for those cheaters, this also makes it really hard to detect what exactly happened to get the cheat detected, this is also why riot is implementing RR rollback

The issue about Valorant is that all their moderation and anti-cheat is fully and completly incompetant. They brag all the time about how good their anti-cheat is and yet Vanguard is literally just YOLO. Not only can Valorant not correctly identify cheats past bloody obvious ones, it also turns the game into the ultimate security risk.
tldr: Just keep calling sussy players cheaters and report them. Anticheat is never perfect.

Having used cheats in this game for the past three acts without getting banned, I can say that "legit cheating" is incredibly easy-mostly because the average player has little idea how to spot a cheater. For instance, they’ll see a fresh level 20 account in Ascendant or Immortal dropping 30-40 kills per game with no skins and just assume the player is legit. Why? Because they aren’t getting shot through smokes or walls. For most players, the only signs of cheating are kills through smokes, wall shots, or overly robotic aim. If those aren't happening, they’re quick to believe it’s just a smurf/cracked player
The truth is, modern cheats are often designed to look completely legitimate, and many cheat developers advise users to avoid rage cheating to avoid manual bans. I even told a teammate in-game that I was cheating, but since I wasn’t at the top of the scoreboard or hitting 40 kills, they thought I was joking! 😂

True. I have played Valorant, CS2, R6s and every other "cs like" game and I can say that 90% of the time you do not know who is cheating. I have had times where someone on my team cheated and I did not even know. Legit cheating even has a whole youtube scene of people making videos of it.

We had a dumb Brimstone just yesterday ult us from the other side of the map despite being the last player with no intel, and Op shot us through a wall despite nobody having seen us at that part of the map, as well as a Harbor that did nothing but headshots
We were running double smokes (Omen, Brim,) and double flash (Gekko, Yoru,), so some of these kills were done through smokes and through flash - either headshots from Harbor or Op shots from Brim
We actually won that game because the players themselves had terrible game awareness and they had a more honest but unskilled Chamber to farm kills off of
Some kills through smokes I know is just me getting unlucky. But I've had a game where no one in my team would sit inside a smoke for 8 straight rounds, and the enemy team neve spammed inside the smokes. On the 9th round, I decided to sit inside it with a shorty; I made sure to do the same smoke I was always doing before so to no get any suspicion; made no sound whatsoever. And for the first time in 9 rounds they decided to spam inside the smoke before entering or before spamming through to any bombsite spots. Right, and Riot wants me to believe Vanguard is almost perfect

I know most are prerecorded loops and stuff but I have encountered a few wich are live and run on pc and don’t get banned for example they would read chat and react to what we where saying eg “throw gun spray on ground then crouch three times” and they would do it it was an actual wtf moment when I realised it was actualy live and not just a voice over

I don't like jumping on the copium cheating boat in general because it just kills any improvement mindsets, but i can't deny that there is a growing amount that do, just look at how much people don't hesitate to stream snipe when they can because they know it's a free wallhack without any risks but as these cheats become better that "risk" aspect diminishes and a growing amount start cheating, i've also noticed that as time goes most cheaters are becoming very clever in game doing just enough to guarrantee the win, for e.g being able to perfectly spam through smokes in clutches, or making perfect VCT calls once or twice per half, those are not the cheaters caught by Vanguard or being mass reported as they appear legit, the most annoying aspect of this is that this is part of being a good player and the paranoia this can instill completely remvoves the fun out of the game imo.
EDIT: I'd like to add that people confuse the lack of red screens with the actual number of cheaters that they encountered in their games; red screens mid-game are actually pretty rare overall, and those happen to either obvious or newbie cheaters, not veterans.
Yup. You hit the nail on the head. I cheat and I don't need to drop 40 kills every game and get myself mass reported. I tell my team "Hey guys, one of their players are streaming! I will tell you which site has no sentinel". This is a lie, I actually have wallhacks. Then I proceed to get maybe 1-2 kills per round. Rarely top frag. Average kd, but my win rate is high

Not a bad video! It's a pretty decent explanation of Valorant cheating, but sort of from a surface level. Although I believe this doesn't capture much of the current state of Val cheating.
For example, I don't think there was a mention of DMA, which is the current leader of hardware cheat technology. Explaining that would've been pretty cool -- like how it works, what is needed to make it work (firmware, mouse emulation, HDMI fuser), and the high cost of such a set up. And I know this isn't the point of the video, but there's a bunch of interesting stuff that goes on with the Vangaurd AC team and DMA detection methods, such as the use of undocumented windows functions/api to detect a DMA device. Also the fact that you have to enable IOMMU to run Valorant is another detection vector for DMA.
IMO, you should've shortened the portion on aimbot/triggerbot. There really didn't need to be a section on flickbot, for example. Flickbot is really just an aimbot that flicks to the enemy and back to the previous crosshair position, nothing special. The explanation on colorbots and AI aimbots were good and accurate. The main appeal to these is that they don't tamper with memory, allowing them to fly relatively undetected. What usually gets these banned is the mouse input method. Like you mentioned, using a 2 PC setup and an arduino is one method to send mouse inputs to your computer without running code on your computer. However, the set up of an arduino is very technical, and the use of more consumer friendly mouse emulators like a KMBox (very popular in china) is more or less on the rise. And another interesting thing you could've added was the fact that Riot, with collaboration of Chinese police, have arrested sellers of cheat software + hardware like KMBoxs.
One last thing: The main appeal of TPM is that its Endorsement Key usually cannot be spoofed. This does NOT mean that the serials of the computer components cannot be changed. Those can be changed, but the TPM EK can't be, and that's what Vangaurd checks when seeing if you are attempting to bypass a ban. That was a big step for Riot as it caused every spoof provider to not work. The only way to spoof now is to buy a separate TPM chip (along with the normal spoofing method) or finding a spoof provider with some sort of TPM bypass (which usually doesn't work, btw).

My friend who I thought was legit started playing act 1 till act 3 he was gold peak, then suddenly he started getting more and more rank win and I thought he keeps preaching practice and practice but he was just using color aim he got banned in act 8 he was radiant act 5 immortal 6 and 7. They didn’t get banned and I lost 52rr in just two games going quadruple negative. To this day I don't believe Solista used hacks, and I have been gaming since 2000's, dealing with hackers since cs1.3. If the video creator did he research properly, he would know that Solista used space to shoot, which might seem odd, but it's good to avoid mouse unintended mouse movements when clicking the mouse buttons, I've tried myself, it's a proper way to play.
It is so hilarious how even something like vanguard which is anti-cheat devs doing everything in their power is still completely and utterly useless except for deterring the most basic script-kiddies. And all of these billions spent just so they don't have to pay a couple cents to do server-side anti cheat and not open up security vulnerabilities for their users, the stupidity is immeasurable.

@@dahahaka To be fair to Vanguard, it is stopping loads of script kiddies with low budgets from destroying the game. Unlike CS or other games, some random kid can't spend $10 and have a cheat that takes 100s of games for them to get banned. You typically won't last more than 10 games with budget cheats, often times you will get insta ban upon injection. The cheaters you see who last multiple acts/hundreds of games without bans are typically using expensive and sophisticated cheats like DMA/2pc cheats/hardware/etc. Once you hit Ascendant+, I'd say you will typically run into a cheater once every 10-20 games. Which isn't a lot at all.

So sure there could be way more cheaters ruining the game, but there is still a significant portion that are cheating. I think this could be why they refuse to implement a replay system

Maybe you don't know but vanguard is not just for preventing cheaters from cheating, it's also for catching them live while cheating. Vanguard has a built-in AI model. With that AI model, vanguard always watching your every move. If you do something impossible or something weird over and over again every round or even every match, it bans you.
Thanks to being an AI, it can see the difference between a human reaction and an aimbot reaction super easily (except for external hardware cheats like a motorized mouse.). No matter how much cheaters try to make cheats look like human reactions, they can't hide it from vanguard. That's why it's not if they get banned, it's when they get banned.
With every ban, riot analyzes that banned cheats and updates vanguard's AI model to detect and ban that cheats as soon as they use it. As the AI model continues to learn about that new cheats it becomes more and more effective and catches more cheaters. And riot updates vanguard more frequently.
Also, vanguard is actually better then people think but because it's an AI, riot adjusts AI's decision parameters to ensure nobody except actual cheaters get banned. So, vanguard plays safe to not ban innocent players. That's why vanguard doesn't ban cheaters instantly. It observes suspected players for a while before banning them to ensure they are %100 cheating and it's not just false positive.
Side note: Player reports affects vanguard's decisions and reporting them will make vanguard more likely to ban them. So, report every suspecious player to help vanguard detecting them.

Regarding to HVCI and outdated systems, how outdated are we talking. I am personally using my own stripped down version of Windows 11 so that I don't have to deall with all the Microsoft crap and bloatware, even in a KVM. Will I not be able to play anymore because of this?
Don't get me wrong, after playing CS:GO for years and being forced to sell all my skins (1200$) and leave the game because the cheating situation is just unbearable anymore, I do love when there is a serious focus on anticheat. At the same time, I would like to continue playing Valorant on linux.

I played valorant on someone I knows computer a while ago. Unfortunately I forgot to log out and they got banned for cheating and now I lost everything. I love riot so much
People worried about cheating, imagine when the military gets word of this and develops robots with aimbot to fight in the war.
I literally just encounter cheaters twice yesterday, in bronze for some reason, and the kill gap is not really there either. it's just... I don't understand, why would they cheat in low elo like that

um, no. idc if you get insta banned or pay for a hack that you dont even get, if you tryna hack in val whatever happens is on you and you deserve it. genuine valorant players should have no issues with these scammers selling hacks, because any one of us wouldnt even care to look into buying it. The people who do, are people who WILL cheat and they deserve to be banned or scammed. That's on them.
Don't buy stuff you know isn't allowed and you wont have issues
I mean.. in my 1.4K hours of Valorant I’ve only gotten 1 cheater banned so I don’t think cheaters are incredibly rampent.

Thanks for your comment! I know, but Vanguard is really strong right now and the number of high elo cheaters is decreasing day by day. In the past, these cheaters could play in high elo for 3-6 months without getting banned by playing legit. However, now this period has become much shorter, and they are getting banned quickly. Beating Riot's anti-cheat is absolutely impossible.

As a mostly terrible player I never blame cheating when I get owned by a one tap. I know players better than me who claim the other team is hacking.
Cheating in Valorant is getting way out of hand, I literally played 5 games today, and 4 of them had a cheater (In silver btw, people are desperate)
I used to cheat got addicted and learned how to dev them. It is like a drug if you do cheat try not to get manipulated into wasting money. Idc about a stupid game or its stupid player base just keep your money in your pocket.

i mean it makes sense. this game isn't a casual one. you have to be perfect to be decent, and not just aim, but movement to.
Cheating is the worst, we had a match last time, no one was visible hacking but as we were 12-7 the enemy was probably hacking and made it basically a draw since if someone is detected, no rewards are given, it was the worst.

I have 10,000 hours in Valorant I have seen the red screen 3-4 times I reached radiant 3 times valorant doesn't have a cheater problem it has an insane smurf problem, the reason valorant is dieing is because of smurfs this is facts.
I know its bad for the game but i personaly use triggerbot in valo and what i lerned is that around asc to immortal there will be a manual check by rito to see if you games are looking normal befor asc and even in immo 2-3 you can cheat all you want (if you dont spin bot make it obv ) and the anti cheat will not ban you specialy if you use only things like trigger bot. My for exampel runs with autohot key and just presses my mous key for me if it sees the righ color and the anti cheat can not see that . The only time (in 1 year of cheating) i was baned is becausw i got in a game with a rito dev (around asc ) and hit one or two shots that are not possibal for humans

@weswinging 4 months then you sre unbanned and can cheat again not on the Same acc but yeah or you just use Software to get around the ban

TBH i want to cheat (kind of) in games. I'm not interested in the actual cheating in game, but how the cheat accesses memory. If someone is an ex cheat dev and wants to reach out please do, I'd love to talk over it.
23:07 bad news... I disabled Memory Integrity and I can still play the game totally fine.
I need this disabled because my Android emulator does NOT detect my CPU's virtualization, thinking I have it disabled in the BIOS.
