Yeah I have an older android box. I saw someone mentioned they use a TVO box and has issues with the cursor. With this latest version along with the plug-in app installed. The cursor does not seem to work where you can scroll up or down on the page that you are on. When you attempt to go through your browser it kicks you over to the left where the list of options are.
I get an error message stating an unknown error has occurred. Check your URL and Connection.

I have the tivo 4k, got downloader on it, but the mouse function jumps from top to bottom and side to side without landing on any content if that makes sense, so its not useable. Can I calibrate the mouse function some how? ive been using tvbro, but with filelinked down, not sure if tvbro is even viable anymore. Thank for what you do, Cheers

I use Downloader as my internet browser on my Fire Stick. There is a website that I have gone to tons of times. But now, all of a sudden over the last 8 days, I am getting "An unknown error has occurred. Check your URL and connection".. None of the other pages saved to my Favorites are doing it. And the same address, when typed into Downloader on my phone, works. It's only this web address that it does it with. Do anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks.

Hello thanks for stopping by. There's no need to open the plugin You just download and then install it and that's it. Something that is needed in the background That will provide the browser functionality within downloader app.

To be honest chrome is not formatted/completely compatible with fire stick os, if you're looking for browser I would use browser within downloader, puffin TV, Firefox browser or use silk

If you're using a fire stick go into your settings go into apps go into manage applications and scroll down you should see downloader you can actually launch it right from there. If you don't see it go back to the app store and read download it.
