One of the killer menus, aside from aloha burger and palabok, we Filipinos love at Jollibee is their french fries. Never ever skip french fries, otherwise it is not a complete fast food experience. Those freshly cooked and salted fries you get when they serve you your order, you already had 2 or 3 bites even before you get to pay, is almost halfway done before it reaches the table. No kidding.
How about let's remake it at home. I know it'll be a lot easier to just stop by a Jollibee and order one but this recipe video is for those who would like to see if it's something they can cook at home.
Recipe:
4-5 potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
cold water
