Love the video, but part of me is amused that you left your axeman draining gold to build buildings, rather than change their profession to hoard as much gold as you can. :P
Not sure if you figured this out yet, but the witch's hut you found in the wild doesn't restore sanity, it cures characters with mental afflictions, which is what Salad Shooter had.
For some reason it doest let me heal afflicitions on my characters, asks 150 food but its greyed out when i get my injured people to the hut

You overkill this playthrough with peaceful activities. Be more aggressive, this is not Frostpunk, it's more like Thea. In Thea you always assemble band of scavengers and it always pays off
The only complaint I have is that there is such a low population limit for a city builder Sim type game..

"Zmij"? Literally "serpent" in Old Slavonic, but usually refers to dragons as often as snakes. But no true dragon has a face like that. I sense the hand of Koshchey in this, distant but present.

Termite mounds? **bonk** There's no termite mounds in Poland.
No sun? Leaving aside that, if their star had been occluded for centuries, even merely by persistent cloud cover, there would be nothing able to grow on the surface due to insufficient light for photosynthesis, and nothing to bake off and evaporate the moisture from the constant precipitation, leading to waterlogging, rot, and an overgrowth of mold. This is the same premise as in Fallout: Equestria - permanent, thick cloud cover and regular rain, only there's no life to rot or moulder because radiation killed everything. Not sure this setting was completely thought through, but Polski are too thoughtful to have missed such a crucial detail. Or I like to think they are, anyway. Maybe this is the exception to the rule?
There really should be an option to kill that Woman's Reaver merchant. If he's acting like a fink, treat him like one. The cartload of goods is merely a bonus.

There is a freeplay mode, though I'd recommend playing the story so you know what you're doing.

Hey man, I'm not really a guy that watches other people play at all, but I've been working from home and trying to get something in the background that is interesting enough but not distracting enough that I don't work. I must say that these videos of your Gord playthrough are exactly that, you have a good voice, you talk clearly, with great energy but not too much that you're annoying, you aren't full of uuums and eeems, you let the cutscenes play and, man, just enjoyable content all around. And besides that, you explain everything about the game in great detail too without being repetitive or boring, and you have your touches of humor here and there.
Anyways, great content, keep it up!
