    I just got my third one at best buy on sale. My second one died just like my first one did by lack of maintenance and overload be careful when selecting one make sure you are going by the voltage and whattage believe me I've learned that if you don't get the right one for what you need you can cause a lot of trouble.

    Great video. I noticed that the battery has a plastic housing on top of it. Is there any way to take that off and put it on another 3rd part battery ? Great video

    So I have a question I have been trying to figure out, and I can’t find the answer anywhere! I’m thinking of buying this exact battery backup, I’m trying to power a beast gaming pc and 4 monitors. I’m kinda nervous about how much power that is going to be using. My point is, do you know what will happen at 100% load? Let’s say I run a huge graphic game, with some over locking. Would it just automatically shut everything down? Or somthing more serious like breaking pc components.

      Thanks for the question. At 100% load, the battery backup would still provide power to the computer and its monitors, but only for a limited amount of time. If you want to power your computer and its monitors longer, you might want to consider getting a larger battery backup. It all depends on how large the load is that you are putting on the APC.

      Luckily it does not. Just make sure that it has a bit of room around it to make sure It doesn't get hot.

    i wish this one had a master controlled plug i cant figure out which is the first plug on the unit for the computer. I am assuming its the top one on the right because its closest to the ground screws.

    • @StokenP
      @StokenP  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It should be the top one with power.

      @@StokenP i tried both tops. and it feels way off so i went the left side for both from the top down.

    Do you have to change the battery every time or just plug it in

    • @StokenP
      @StokenP  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The battery is used when you lose power. If you need to turn on a device and use it, you plug it into the backup backup. Once your power is restored, the battery backup will automatically charge the battery. There is no need to replace the battery since it is rechargeable.
