Having Trouble Defending? Try This Drill

- I do this drill to sharpen my eyesight and get comfortable seeing incoming attacks. During the drill I am focusing on defending (not attacking back) and trying to block every attack that I can. I am concentrating on not blinking, feinting/faking all for defensive purposes. You can do this drill on a daily basis and can also break it up into groups. Do a round of only boxing defense, then add elbows then kicks and knees.

Im getting hit too much still by the heavy punchers
this is not a drill. actually this is offensive defensive. not letting them in your defensive distance. that's all. but it's very fast done and punctually.
