If you see the message "This media file doesn't exist" on WhatsApp when trying to play a voice message, it typically means the file has been deleted or moved from your device’s storage. However, there are a few ways you can try to resolve this issue:
      1. Check Storage Permissions:
Ensure that WhatsApp has permission to access your phone’s storage:
Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp.
Find Permissions and ensure that Storage is enabled.
      2. Check for Media in the File Manager:
The voice message might have been downloaded but misplaced or deleted. You can check your device's file manager:
Open the File Manager on your phone.
Navigate to WhatsApp > Media > WhatsApp Voice Notes.
Look for the voice message in the appropriate folder based on the date or conversation.
      3. Check Internet Connection:
Sometimes, the media file doesn’t load because of poor internet. Try reconnecting to a stronger Wi-Fi network or mobile data and check if the message plays.
      4. Restore WhatsApp Backup:
If the file is lost but you had previously backed up your chats (including media), you can restore the backup. However, this will only work if the voice message was included in the backup.
      Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp.
During the setup process, restore the latest backup.
      5. WhatsApp Web/PC:
Try playing the voice message from WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp desktop app. Sometimes, media files are accessible there, even if they are missing on your phone.
      6. Clearing WhatsApp Cache (Android only):
If the app's cache is causing the issue, clearing it might help:
Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Cache (not Clear Data).
If none of these options work and you can’t recover the file, unfortunately, asking the sender to resend it might be the only solution. Let me know if you need further help!

Hi. Is there any way I can delete received WhatsApp messages on both side?

Yes, you can delete WhatsApp messages for both sides if you do so within a specific time limit. Here’s how you can do it:
Steps to delete a message for everyone:
Open the WhatsApp chat containing the message you want to delete.
      Tap and hold the message.
Select Delete (a trash can icon will appear).
      Choose "Delete for Everyone".
