Stunning house. But I would suggest you include the exteriors in future videos because kerb appeal is an important part of real estate.
Everything about this house is perfect, the exterior design, workmanship, the interior design, the neighborhood ambience.

a friend of mine emigrated with his wife and bought a house right there. The houses all look great, no question. But cannot be compared with the German quality and construction. He spent another approx. 50,000 euros for a new hot water system, roof repairs and new stairs. And by the way, this is a leasehold contract (99 years)
🤣🤣🤣 dream on, cant compare Germany houses to Kenyan houses. Kenya is on another level..meaning if we had access to the same things/tech like in German, german would look like a village

If it doesn't have a beautiful pool with outdoor fire pit and other amenities like barbecue area and bar, , it's not a mansion!
The kitchen needs to be rebuilt. It doesn’t fit the house design. The kitchen is not outstanding.

@@graceyd the practicality of it. It's not that cold in Kenya to have the need for a fire place. the ongoing cost to have one is simply too much given that it's more or less for "looks" ." Appear European ". Being original is my point .
@@GeorgeOrwel since before Europeans and Asians existed, Africans has been sitting around fire,it's not something new here in Africa and even right now If you visit people in the village till today,we do sit around fire giving stories and passing the night and how's is having a fire place more expensive than conventional heating???? All you need is a wood and a match.
