Vietnam is super fun went in 2019 and this year! It was awesome seeing family again. Next time you guys go you should visit Phu Quoc it’s so beautiful there

Thực ra nhiều quán ngon, k nhất thiết phải quán nổi tiếng nhất. K phủ nhận quán lâu đời, nổi tiếng, họ cũng phải ngon ít nhất hơn mức trung bình thì mới có thể thành công & trụ vững nhiều năm, k ngon khách nào ăn trong nhiều năm vậy, đúng k?
Nhưng món bún chả thực ra nó rất đơn giản, bình dân. K phải khó như phở, miến, bún,… kiểu nước lèo + gia vị phải thơm ngon k tanh, kết hợp gia vị hợp lý.
Trong khi bún chả, thịt chả & thịt nướng chỉ cần 2 thứ này là ngon.
THỊT TƯƠI NGON + NƯỚNG CANH LỬA VỪA TỚI ĐÚNG ĐỂ K BỊ CHÁY XÉM ĐEN, Nướng quá lửa thịt sẽ khô hết nước thịt.
Ướp thì chỉ mắm + muối + bột nêm + đường (Nam) Bắc (mì chính)
Thành ra mình mới nói Bún chả dễ & đơn giản, nên rất nhiều quán bình dân hoặc k nổi tiếng cũng ngon lắm.
Nước mắm bún chả thì càng đơn giản. Ngon là mỗi chút gia vị kèm (giấm ngâm tỏi), tiêu, ớt, chanh, rau sống…
Nên với bún chả thì quán nào sạch, gần KS ở thì cứ nhào vô ăn thôi.
Trước mình ở HN với gđ chị gái nhưng chưa ăn quán này, toàn nhà tự làm hoặc ăn loạn quanh gần nhà, cũng nhiều quán họ bán từ nhưng năm 90s, 00s.
