    Great video Brendan! I know you’re not the hugest fan of west side but this seems to be a building block of it. Focusing on weak points is highly underrated and have been analyzing my weak body parts and movement patterns and your right this has to be done slowly and intentionally. Not many people preach the aspect on taking time and setting aside time to do this
