I have thee X-Sight 5x25 LRF the issue I see on my app as a IOS user doesn’t work other than linking to the phone… So I make all of my adjustments in the scope. I’ll contact tech support to see what the work around is tomorrow..
I have read and been told about the IOS issue in the past, months ago i seen they were investigating the issue. The app needs a lot of improvements, for me the only use for the app now is making it easier to change settings
I appreciate these videos.. there's not a whole lot out there on this scope. If you get the time could you make a video reviewing the clarity and resolution for long range shooting on this scope.. I hear that they've made big improvements from the last series of scope... Image quality is important for long range hunting... I'm not shooting tiny targets at long range... But the adage aim small hit small applies... The finer your point of aim the more accurate you're going to be. I'd really like to know what this scope is capable of.
I recorded a hog at night from 300 yards, clarity and resolution was ok, with this scope, probably any digital scope the more you zoom in the clarity starts to break up.

Hmm I use a 30 cal pcp air rifle for a lot of my stuff, do you think this will work with some missing data inputs? I can get velocity, grain, and sight height but that’s about it.
It will only work with all the data, this i know from attending the ATN intro course last year, a person asked the same question, but 1 of the ATN Reps did tell the person to call them to see if they can get all the info
Why is it important to have a second profile configured?
it's only important if you plan on using the scope on another rifle or if your going to be using different ammo that needs to be zeroed again, the only way you can name a profile is if you create a 2nd

i had to send my scope in to get the last 2 firmwares installed, if you miss 1 it has to go in

i am on my 4 th scope, due to issues, it's very annoying especially when i have been hunting on a farm with a hog problem. Tech support has been great usually get my scope back in a week
@@GadsdenFreedomOutdoorsare you having to pay to ship it to them or are they covering the shipping? and honestly what is your opinion of the scope? with everything you've been through I'd really like to know what you think. I've been considering one of these but with the horror stories I'm hearing I'm really concerned.
ATN tech support has been A+, normally if there is an issue (not human error) it is hardware, they replace the scope no questions asked, they pay for shipping and usually you get a replacement. (which has the newest firmware and extends your warranty, which is a 3 year) My scope was from the first batch to be sent out. it seems most of the problems are scopes from the first batch. Yes im on my 3rd or 4th scope, but since i received it in February i have been out hog hunting almost every night, i have had ZERO problems. Alot of the issues have been fixed by the firmware updates. The scope is usually on for 4 - 6 hours every night, i charge it every 2 - 3 days. We really haven't received many complaints, comments, or concerns as of lately. It's a good digital scope and support is great.
