At $13,900 that is a GREAT price for a cool car you can drive daily and even take to your local cruise in /car show and have fun!! Plus, you don't see those around much anymore.
God this El Camino is sweet - I’ve always Liked them - sounds Heathy & looks CLEAN - Everything is fixable - I love El Casino’s - I need a vehicle - Been saving - don’t have 1 - been walking for 3 yrs since I lost my Daughter in a Head on Accident with a semi - tired of walking
I had one of these 1983 El Camino SS's with the Monte Carlo noses in around 1989, Choo Choo Customs converted ElCo SSs with this front end for Chevrolet, mine was black, wish I never sold it.
Good looking Gbody El Camino someone swap out 305 for 350 can't blame for it less engine work to do with 350 & 383 cause 305 motor was low power.
Nice looks like they used it what it was made for. Pro- active on paint spots not to let them rust out . Good $$ redo inside be set
It's nice that it's got a upsized 350, and not the 305
Honestly the 305 HO's were pretty stout in those... That's a Goodwrench 350 so probably about the same HP with a little more torque....
nice drain plug...looks like it needs an oil pan
a 200 R4 transmission, my favorite! i am in the middle of my 1986 monte carlo SS paint job. it the same trans. i have. the good beauty about them they are a multi case. you can bolt them to any chevy engine or pontin, Buick, or Olds. in the non SS they also put the 350 lock up units,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It has the choo choo front bumper on it that’s what makes it look like the Monti Carlo. I don’t know it it has the full found effects kit.

I disagree on the price of that car. Lots a stock parts bad condition under the car and interior. No quite the hot rod but to go original not far from a collector
