- In today’s acrylic painting tutorial we paint a warm sunset on the beach. This calm seascape painting lesson is done in real time and will cover the step by step process of how to paint water, sand, reflections and lots of clouds. Acrylic Paints:
Ultramarine Blue, Mars Black, Titanium White, Cadmium Red Light Hue, Primary Red, Primary Yellow, Burnt Umber
Brushes:
¼” round pointed brush, 1/8” round pointed brush, 1” flat headed brush
Those specific sizes and brushes aren’t require, you can use other options. They are just what I preferred to use in the moment.
Other Materials:9X12 inch canvas, A small dish for water, Paper towel for excess paint

Hi Ryan, i tried to paint this tut. I finish it but i have an with the purple color you paint very of the beginning at the sky. I used same color but there was no chances create the same color what you did. I used Primary red and ulramarine blue from mont marte

I just got the Winsor & newton Galeria acrylic paint for my birthday but didn’t realize Over here in Canada I’m limited to a lot of the colours they carry. Do you have a recommendation for another brand that has a similar quality to the galeria line?? Would the liquitex heavy body be similar or the basics? Love you artwork!
