Such a joy to see all your inspirational stitching! I know I said “I love that too” more than once! I’m contemplating starting Sarah Stewart Hardman as well-it’s been kitted for ages. Time will tell!😉 I can’t imagine stitching the Rose and Giant Pear more than once! It has been one of my most favorite stitches, though, so I can understand the appeal.
Well when I've given my first Rose and Giant Pear away, I have to stitch it twice! But I understand. Some projects I get done with and think, thank GOODNESS that's over 😆 Thanks so much for watching! Let me know if you start Sarah Hardman! 😊
Fabulous video, Audrey. Wonderful projects. I loved seeing the Swan Bay fabrics, beautiful. Congratulations on getting into Swindon!!! Happy holidays to you and your family.
Hi Audrey, new subscriber here and so glad I found you. All of your stitching is soooo beautiful 😍 I've only been stitching for a little less time than you but sadly don't have anywhere near the finishes that you have... I need to up my pace! 😃 I LOVE the rose and the giant pear - it's definitely on my to-do list for 2025. So looking forward to seeing all your framed finishes. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas 🧡
I'm so glad you stopped by and left a comment! I am very lucky to have a lot of stitchy time available to me so I have a lot of finishes but we all have too much on our to-stitch list, don't we!? Thank you so much for watching and a very Merry Christmas to you as well. Talk to you in the new year! 😊
Audrey, I’ve missed you…wonderful to see you again! video was full of phenomenal eye candy❣️ one of my favorites was your finish of smalls with Santa just simply stunning. Many congratulations on getting into your retreat Swindon what fun you will have with all your friends… Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas..and may 2025 bring much happiness, good health & time for stitches, Cheers❣️🕊️
LaNelle, thank you so much! I love my Christmas display as well. I'll be sad to put it away in a few weeks. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas as well and a wonderful new year with lots of great stitching! 🥰
Such beautiful fabric. I especially love the Mason linen. Nicola P. did a great flosstube on the linen she got at Nashville this year - and that was the standout for me. Can't wait to see what you stitch on it.
Yes, I loved seeing all the fabric Nicola brought home from Nashville! She buys in bulk and it's awesome 😂 Definitely have several starts planned for the next couple of months so I'll make good use of my new fabric! Thanks for commenting 🥰
I love backstitching because it adds so much! It helps to use a smaller needle. Thanks for showing the Sweetheart Tree's Twelve Days - makes me want to stitch it as she is does such beautiful work and is a master of backstitch. You share so much happiness! Happy holidays!
Hi, Audrey! You’re looking super gorgeous today 😎. I loved catching up on all the things you’ve been working on; they are all inspiring. But is it weird to say how much I love your Mill Hill Santas? And the wooden tray with the pillows and the Santa? Also, I am in awe of the high counts of linen you stitch on, and how quickly you progressed to that point. I’ve only stitched on 40 count one time, and I was pretty intimidated! 😂 congratulations on getting in to Swindon! That’s so exciting. Sending you and your family Merry Christmas wishes, and all the best for the New Year. 🎅🏻🥳 Take care, my friend! Meline
Haha I love my Mill Hill Santas too! There are several more of them that I want to see on my tree so I need to make time to stitch them. A very Merry Christmas to you as well and, as always, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment! Always good to hear from you 🥰 Talk to you in the new year! 😊
And it's me again - you got into Swindon!! I am going, I look forward to meeting you! And as for everything else, you are a prolific stitcher, very inspiring. I always look forward to your videos!
This is so great! I've heard from a few people that we'll get to meet there. It'll be a great time! Thanks so much for watching and for commenting! See you next October! 😊
Audrey, I always look forward to and enjoy your flosstube videos! Your stitching is perfection and inspiring. Thank you for taking the time and effort to entertain and share!
Hi Audrey, Not sure if someone has already mentioned this but Stacy mentioned her class piece will never be released 😬 Loved seeing the Swan Bay fabrics, I’ve had several in my cart, out of my cart, in my cart, out of my cart. I think I finally narrowed down my selections 😂 Thanks for showing them!
I have heard from several people now that Stacy said she won't be releasing that Jingle Ball piece so I am thankful I got it. I have tons of time to stitch it. Maybe it'll be on display next Christmas, maybe not, but thankful I have it. I and got to experience the Jingle Ball as well which was a good thing too. And good luck making a choice between all those Swan Bay fabrics...they all look good! Let me know what you choose! 😊
Great flosstube episode 👍👍👍 I started Anne Thomas just last week… a very beautiful sampler… I am not stitching everything .. I am going to shorten the border and just stitch Walter in the middel. Have a nice day 👋
He is a beautiful bird and Contented Needleworker Kim stitched only Walter and it looks great! I've now got a good portion of the top left border done and can't wait to show my progress on my next video (hopefully at the start of the new year). Happy stitching on Anne and thanks for watching! 😊
Great flosstube! I love the Teresa Kogut Santa and how you have it displayed in the dough bowl with those sweet pillows!!! And, CONGRATULATIONS on getting into the GBSW in Swindon! I’m on the waiting list….fingers crossed I get an email too!!!
Great video as always. Stacy Nash said that her Jingle Ball class project will not be released - if you want it, it will be available at the Jingle Ball next year if she is invited back.
I did buy Stacy Nash's Jingle Ball chart, I just haven't stitched it but it's good to know that it actually won't be released! Good thing I got it! Thanks for watching! 🥰
A fab video Audrey. I attended the Jingle Ball and signed up to the Stacy Nash class, I need to watch the recording because it was too late (UK time) to watch live, Stacy said she will not be releasing her class pattern to the general public unlike other designers and she’s since emailed an additional pattern which I thought was generous. That scrapbook paper looks like an embossed paper from Tonic studios based here in the UK, Wales actually 💗
I'm glad I got Stacy's pattern then, since she's not releasing it, because it is super cute and I do want to stitch it eventually. Just not happening this year. Maybe next year! And thanks for the tip about Tonic Studios; I will check them out! Thanks for watching! 😊
I heard about that a few months ago, it's wonderful news! But I didn't know how long it would take for those stocking patterns to be reprinted so I was happy to find some original copies. 😊 Thanks for watching!
I'm pausing the video to ask you about the creature in the grass of O Sweet Humility - you referred to it as an owl, I think. There is a very similar creature in the grass of Hannah Green, the 2024 Queen of the May by HATS - and some of us think it is a cat. You have Hannah Green, I think I remember you mentioning it recently. What do you think? Doesn't a cat make more sense? with a striped tail? OK, I will resume watching now ... 😊
I see an owl but I can totally see how you would see a cat! I did go through my HATS charts last night just to see what I still needed to get to (too many things!) and I immediately noticed the similarities between Hannah Green and Eliza Townsend. I think they are so similiar, in fact, that I may not bother stitching Hannah which is a shame because I love her. But I don't want to stitch the same thing twice when my to-stitch list is so long! 😬
I just recorded a new video and in the description of that episode (hopefully available within the hour) I have included all the threads I used for The Sweetheart Tree’s Twelve Days of Christmas 😊
Check 12 x 12 Cardstock Shop. I was not sure about the pattern of the embossed paper. Can you let me know if this is the correct one. I want to get some too
The paper I have I purchased from Michaels at least three years ago. It is an antique gold color with a sort of floral embossed pattern. I know I mentioned in my video that I would like to find more of it but I don’t think that’s actually possible at this point. But I would recommend using a thick cardstock for backing ornaments rather than the sticky-back felt a lot of people suggest. Hope you find something that works for you! Thanks for watching!
Love your video and all the inspiration! Can't wait to see all the framed things you add to your walls!
Thank you so much! ☺️

Hi Audrey! I so enjoy your FlossTube - seeing your beautiful stitching and hearing your stories. So inspiring! Happy Stitching - Carolyn
Thank you, Carolyn! Ditto! I especially love your Bird Herd from your last video - it was very Charley Harper which I love! Thanks for watching!

Allison has stitching all over her house but none over her couch where we film. Put it where it brings you joy! ❤
Absolutely! 😊
You have some fabulous WIPS Audrey, thankyou for sharing. Great news about Swindon! Be lovely to meet you, I know we will all have a fantastic time 😁
We sure will! I wonder what I'll manage to get finished before I get over there and get loaded up with a bunch of new charts 😂
And it's me again - you got into Swindon!! I am going, I look forward to meeting you! And as for everything else, you are a prolific stitcher, very inspiring. I always look forward to your videos!

Great video! I’m going to Swindon, too, so totally understand your excitement!
Yay!!! So happy to know another person who's going! See you in Swindon!!!! 🥰

Wow! Your A Shepherds Song looks amazing.
Thank you so much! Still a long way to go, though...Thanks for watching! 😊
Fabulous video! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you as well! Thanks for stopping by! 😊
Pam & Steph of Just Keep Stitching just mentioned you as their Gold Flosstuber in last night's video. You might want to check it out. Merry Christmas!
I saw! I woke up to a lot of new subscribers! Very thankful to them ❤️ And thank you for letting me know as well!
Great video! Love your finishes. See you on Saturday!
See you then, Karen! 😊
Hi great video and nice fabric haul. Hey Colorado Cross Stitcher is redoing all of the birds of the feather charts she is working with the designer 😊
I heard about that a few months ago, it's wonderful news! But I didn't know how long it would take for those stocking patterns to be reprinted so I was happy to find some original copies. 😊 Thanks for watching!
I am so lazy I would just re-punch the bags that the tudor silks come in at the top left corner just below the zipper.... lol
I don't blame you! 😂

Is there any way to get the colors and patterns from you for the birds for the 12 day of Christmad they are gorgeous. Thank you for the info
