This was awesome! Hey 3DEx, do you have a video talking about your background, what inspires your work, how you got into the industry, etc.? I feel like telling your experience could be super informative!
Thank you! I made some more "career/industry" related videos in the past, but they didn't gain much traction so not sure how much interest there really is for those types of videos. Thanks for bringing it up though.
As I always do, do the UVs first before duplicating an object, you will be able to come back to it later but at first it will save you a huge time. Nice prop tho !
this might sound really dumb but whats the point of metallness in stylized pbr? It kinda is just reflective/roughness but makes everything darker. Is there a point to using it?
Mainly to make it look more like a metallic surface, but usually I don't set it all the way up to fully metallic for stylized models since they don't need to look realistic. If it gets too dark there's a chance your albedo may be too dark.

oh mate, TH-cam have not recommended me your videos in a while! It's a shame, they are always so good and inspiring. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!! Yeah that's sad :(

Why don't you model in Blender? Тhere is sculpting in this!
I have thought about so perhaps in the future.
