ഇതിൽ പിഷാരടി പറയുന്നതനുസരിച്ചു, സ്ത്രീകളെക്കാൾ വോട്ട് പുരുഷന്മാര്ക്ക് കൂടിയത് കൊണ്ട് 10 സീറ്റും പുരുഷന്മാര്ക്ക് കിട്ടണം എന്നാണ്. അപ്പോൾ സംവരണം വേണ്ടല്ലോ.
