Purchase jetpack or flight abilities, running speed, etc. Play free fps, 3rd-person games with friends to earn special items and clothes. Whatever clothes or costume look you chose hanging out in Home spaces, you could wear in the games.

I was playing this from since it was called Project Entropia, maybe around 10 years, quit around 2010 I think, mostly for other reasons. By far the best memories I ever have in front of a PCscreen. Going into the PVP zone with a marber bravo and a couple of friends, some big HOFs, discovering new items during SGA, mining and listening to music in some beautiful new area... And that time the biggest UL mining amp was accidentally TT'ed😄. I would love to see some videos from the old days...

You should do a series with another character and show how to be free to play throughout the game. Maybe do like 15 episodes or something. There are a lot of new people starting the game now and it might be a good idea to do this I myself am trying to do this.
When I started Entropia it was a different time in my life and I had tons of free time and enjoyed the grind. Now days it’d just be miserable for me and it would probably take tens of hours to progress for each episode of the video.
I made fine money trading back in the day, and I still abuse the auction weekly. There is money on the vine because people log in, buy their stuff to craft, and go off and blow it. Buy low, sell high. I didn't need much to get started- one $5 deposit. I could have sweatted for like a few weeks to get there, but at 2.25/k it wasn't worth it according to the guy who got me into the game. He likes to play, I just trade.
Yea, now days sweating is more about getting to understand the game than making money. When I got started you could get 12 ped for a k. Not huge money but it was enough
I only just learned of EU and this is the first vid I'm watching on it. I see most people are just standing around so I figure they must have something they are doing to try to earn money doing that. This sounds like it could lead to something for someone like me but I'm going to need to research this a bit more before I play. Too bad this isn't for VR! That would be something! Why I said 200-300 peds? Answer is simple you need to buy main tools for game like sleipnir gun ammunition armor healing tools mining tools and so on because main idea of this game is fighting with 5-10% losses every time you do some activity or in beginning even more you must find your own way how to compensate your losses because to use guns you need to skill up your levels for gun and so on ...if you think you will sell all your loot from 25-100 peds of hunt you are wrong you will fall in it for trading you need around 1000 peds because usually loot from smaller mobs you will sell in tt because mark up will be 1-4% which means almost the same like in tt value from 100 peds of animal muscle oil you will get 1.5 peds from 100 tt value ped but to sell it you will spend a lot of time....
Edgars Ivanovs you should be selling small markup loot to traders for an extra percent or two of possible but yea every hunt will likely be a 5-10% loss. This game won’t earn you money same as most other games but there is the potential
CerealOverdrive I have my strategy how to sell and what to sell in this case if mark up is less then 2% (102%) I sell to tt reason is saving my time because if beginners has say 10-15 peds of amo after first hunt they will get something like 10+ peds return depending on luck most of them will be sharpened and all rest will be oil and residue and total will be around 4 peds of it and selling it for 2% count yourself income and spent time 😁

I’ve been playing for 13+ years so I’d estimate thousands with me logging one hundred to a few hundred hours a year. In 2007 I probably logged 500+ tbh
I started new avatar and playing for free to get started you have to make first around 200-300 peds on free one activity and it’s sweating or selling fruits.. because all other activity’s in beginning are very expensive.... like auction trade which is based on freezing your amount on one week and without guarantee that you will sell crafting is not for beginners at all because you need to gain skills for crafting which is very expensive
CerealOverdrive just don’t show them deeds at all. New players think it’s easy to make peds in game but it’s opposite. Better make some video what is necessary for beginner to get like sleipnir sis events free first time glut stage 1 and 2 vivos10 then they get beginners tools to start up ....
Can you explain how you got 20 CLD, 114 AUD deeds (Ignoring your ped card and other items) without ever making a deposit, that would be an amazing achievement, I have been playing for a while and deposit every month and would love to know how to got this much by well staring with only sweating :)
I’ve got a vid on it but basically I sweated, traded with that money and then got deeds at the ground floor. Sweat was worth more then though and trading was easier
I told before he is using long time ago peds to support himself nowadays us you if he started from zero no deeds and nothing he would be gone in week from this game 🤪 he can not explain because all his peds are coming from old days which now is impossible to get that’s way you demo in game but still there is ways how to play without deposit but it takes a time
And more he is hunting on only deed returns once in week ..... that’s is true because in beginning deeds costed much much less then now so you are like me playing this game too late 😁

Edgars Ivanovs I got my deeds initially for 1000 ped on clds and 50 ped on aud and have been reinvesting a good part of all that. So my most recent aud cost 75 ped
Step one drop min of 30 bucks, get starter pack for Z11 gun. And ammo. Go to incarus kill punys until you can 4 shot them, then go to L2 drones kill them for a week. Like 3 hrs a day..this is where you go postive in ammo they drop shrap and you can pop 3ped shrap drops. Then when you have like 5 or more million uni ammo. Go to cyrene another planet..the shrap drops is not going to cover you here. You will eventually run out of ammo, but kill the tiny horses. Outside the base go left across water kill those horses. Easy kills lvl5 so much skills..but good drops lots of drops..this will be saved till your out of ammo. Here is the gamble now go back to calypso sell that stuff. 1000s of peds worth if you took enough ammo..but space is pvp loot zone. So u might lose everything
When you create a character which name that you choose is the one that appears when you type in game? Coz i heard there is a first and last name, a nickname and so on

Why do those 20 land deeds say 9.5m yearly revenue? That obviously cant be right. By what you've said that would be almost a million USD a year. Obviously the math for that doesnt add up if you look at yearly revenue. How much do those 20 deeds actually make you per year?

I'd say it's normal to be suspicious. It's rare for someone to have the assets Cereal has without depositing. That said, his long history with the game exposed him to a lot of opportunities that a new player doesn't have today.

It’s free to play but most players just deposit a bit every month to play with. Very few people actually make money and those that do aren’t make dollars a day usually. The best players who know everything might be able to clear $50 a day but you’re talking best of the best. I’ve got over $5,000 USD but yea never deposited I just started over a decade ago, sweated to make my initial peds and traded my way up. At this point most of my value is from deeds which I bought and held
And about deeds last deeds come out moon deeds which now cost 75 peds each which gives you 0.01-0.02 peds daily return might be in 5 years they will pay back amount but for beginners to get one deed it’s not a way to start my advice is buy deeds when you get some huge global above 100 peds one by one then you don’t feel because you need 10-30 deeds to feel that something is coming in your pocket.... but getting global you must first skill up important skill and then try your luck which doesn’t guarantee that you will get your global remember that one and remember your main point in game is fight against your losses after activity if you can not fin way you will never understand this game....
Moon deeds aren’t worth buying imo but Arkadia Underground or Calypso Land Deeds are good. The return is solid but not breathtaking. If you expect to double your money in a year consider how fast investors would stream in and raise prices if that was possible(it’s not).

I didn’t. I started over a decade ago and did free player activities to earn a bit of money then traded my way up to now having an account valued at something like $5,000 USD

Realistically though. Does anybody play this game? Seems interesting but to me it looks like this game is beyond dead. There are almost always a lot of people in the game playing, especially with the latest mission update going live. I play a lot and would play even more if I didn't have a computer business to run. My brother plays all the time. He pretty much lives on this game. MA should charge him rent. I almost feel bad that I ever got him playing EU. Maybe he would get a job if he wasn't trying to make a living playing this game...lol.

@@koffinkat666 The more you can invest to start, the more you can buy, the more you can make. I wouldn't start with less than $100 USD and would advise $1000. You'll need to learn the market, what sells fast, etc. Lot to learn if you're brand new to game.
And calypso insnt right place to start for beginners... because there are no small mobs to hunt with you must go to other planet and then come back deference in loot system and much more will show and you will much faster understand game basics

Look into my videos I literally have one on this. I basically started when sweat was worth 12-15ped per k, traded before market value was a thing, speculated correctly and got lucky over the past decade plus. My account is worth over 50k ped btw

Hidden Gully player base is still pretty active, deeds auto deposit but each deed is at a different rate(I’ve got a few vids on this so if you going to buy them check those out for a bit more info) and so far in my 10+ years of playing there has been no inflation 10 ped has always been equal to 1 usd
John ( the owner of treasure Island) left the game and is just farming the money from his land areas, as you can see cause he put all his LA taxes to 0.00% for a few years now… Rumor has it he left because he got sold a special mob egg for a great sum of money and it hasn't done anything for years now which the devs supposedly knew about all along so he's not active in game anymore i've heard

@@CerealOverdrive Well eggwise they said Neverdie had something to with him as Deathifier bought it off of him ( he was working on it with MA though)… As to why he didn't sell the LA, i still think it'd be a pretty steady income when he had his taxes up to 2.30% but i don't see the reason behind no - tax LA owning… Although he doesn't spawn mobs on there anymore (I think) he still needs to pay a small price for owning tha LA in general i think ( same as with shops, like some sort of rent ), as to how many LA's he own i think it(s the whole of the Treasure Island LA's + some other pretty decent areas so the only reason i can think of is that he want's to bother MA with it as they got into a bit of a raging argument over it in the past if i can recall correctly...
They changed the minimum age limit for entropia from 16 to 13years with parental consent a few years ago, so youd be able to play :) Take it from me :P

Yea, most players are slow to share secrets. If too many people are making money the game will be updated to change things up a bit(this usually happens every couple years)

I only just learned of EU and this is the first vid I'm watching on it. I see most people are just standing around so I figure they must have something they are doing to try to earn money doing that. This sounds like it could lead to something for someone like me but I'm going to need to research this a bit more before I play. Too bad this isn't for VR! That would be something! There is a VR mode. If you hit N and search for VR you can try it out 😊. Also the people standing around are probably traders

Why I said 200-300 peds? Answer is simple you need to buy main tools for game like sleipnir gun ammunition armor healing tools mining tools and so on because main idea of this game is fighting with 5-10% losses every time you do some activity or in beginning even more you must find your own way how to compensate your losses because to use guns you need to skill up your levels for gun and so on ...if you think you will sell all your loot from 25-100 peds of hunt you are wrong you will fall in it for trading you need around 1000 peds because usually loot from smaller mobs you will sell in tt because mark up will be 1-4% which means almost the same like in tt value from 100 peds of animal muscle oil you will get 1.5 peds from 100 tt value ped but to sell it you will spend a lot of time....
Edgars Ivanovs you should be selling small markup loot to traders for an extra percent or two of possible but yea every hunt will likely be a 5-10% loss. This game won’t earn you money same as most other games but there is the potential
CerealOverdrive I have my strategy how to sell and what to sell in this case if mark up is less then 2% (102%) I sell to tt reason is saving my time because if beginners has say 10-15 peds of amo after first hunt they will get something like 10+ peds return depending on luck most of them will be sharpened and all rest will be oil and residue and total will be around 4 peds of it and selling it for 2% count yourself income and spent time 😁
Even if it can earn money for free in a very slow time this game still look very good espesially if yoy have nothing to do

It’s pretty much the same principles as Calypso but the economy is smaller so it’s harder to be free to play

I started new avatar and playing for free to get started you have to make first around 200-300 peds on free one activity and it’s sweating or selling fruits.. because all other activity’s in beginning are very expensive.... like auction trade which is based on freezing your amount on one week and without guarantee that you will sell crafting is not for beginners at all because you need to gain skills for crafting which is very expensive

CerealOverdrive just don’t show them deeds at all. New players think it’s easy to make peds in game but it’s opposite. Better make some video what is necessary for beginner to get like sleipnir sis events free first time glut stage 1 and 2 vivos10 then they get beginners tools to start up ....

What I would do is make your character the best possible healer and get those rich ass people to pay you for healing them in battles

Can you explain how you got 20 CLD, 114 AUD deeds (Ignoring your ped card and other items) without ever making a deposit, that would be an amazing achievement, I have been playing for a while and deposit every month and would love to know how to got this much by well staring with only sweating :)
I’ve got a vid on it but basically I sweated, traded with that money and then got deeds at the ground floor. Sweat was worth more then though and trading was easier
I told before he is using long time ago peds to support himself nowadays us you if he started from zero no deeds and nothing he would be gone in week from this game 🤪 he can not explain because all his peds are coming from old days which now is impossible to get that’s way you demo in game but still there is ways how to play without deposit but it takes a time
And more he is hunting on only deed returns once in week ..... that’s is true because in beginning deeds costed much much less then now so you are like me playing this game too late 😁

Edgars Ivanovs I got my deeds initially for 1000 ped on clds and 50 ped on aud and have been reinvesting a good part of all that. So my most recent aud cost 75 ped
Step one drop min of 30 bucks, get starter pack for Z11 gun. And ammo. Go to incarus kill punys until you can 4 shot them, then go to L2 drones kill them for a week. Like 3 hrs a day..this is where you go postive in ammo they drop shrap and you can pop 3ped shrap drops. Then when you have like 5 or more million uni ammo. Go to cyrene another planet..the shrap drops is not going to cover you here. You will eventually run out of ammo, but kill the tiny horses. Outside the base go left across water kill those horses. Easy kills lvl5 so much skills..but good drops lots of drops..this will be saved till your out of ammo. Here is the gamble now go back to calypso sell that stuff. 1000s of peds worth if you took enough ammo..but space is pvp loot zone. So u might lose everything

When you create a character which name that you choose is the one that appears when you type in game? Coz i heard there is a first and last name, a nickname and so on
You can pick between a combination of all three names but the order is always the same(first, middle, last).

Why do those 20 land deeds say 9.5m yearly revenue? That obviously cant be right. By what you've said that would be almost a million USD a year. Obviously the math for that doesnt add up if you look at yearly revenue. How much do those 20 deeds actually make you per year?

I'd say it's normal to be suspicious. It's rare for someone to have the assets Cereal has without depositing. That said, his long history with the game exposed him to a lot of opportunities that a new player doesn't have today.

They’re all very different games. Second life is more a builder, EU is a bit more make it what you want type thing and Eve is a harder core type game

It’s free to play but most players just deposit a bit every month to play with. Very few people actually make money and those that do aren’t make dollars a day usually. The best players who know everything might be able to clear $50 a day but you’re talking best of the best. It’s somewhat similar and both games are roughly from the same time period
And about deeds last deeds come out moon deeds which now cost 75 peds each which gives you 0.01-0.02 peds daily return might be in 5 years they will pay back amount but for beginners to get one deed it’s not a way to start my advice is buy deeds when you get some huge global above 100 peds one by one then you don’t feel because you need 10-30 deeds to feel that something is coming in your pocket.... but getting global you must first skill up important skill and then try your luck which doesn’t guarantee that you will get your global remember that one and remember your main point in game is fight against your losses after activity if you can not fin way you will never understand this game....
Moon deeds aren’t worth buying imo but Arkadia Underground or Calypso Land Deeds are good. The return is solid but not breathtaking. If you expect to double your money in a year consider how fast investors would stream in and raise prices if that was possible(it’s not).

There are almost always a lot of people in the game playing, especially with the latest mission update going live. I play a lot and would play even more if I didn't have a computer business to run. My brother plays all the time. He pretty much lives on this game. MA should charge him rent. I almost feel bad that I ever got him playing EU. Maybe he would get a job if he wasn't trying to make a living playing this game...lol.

@@koffinkat666 The more you can invest to start, the more you can buy, the more you can make. I wouldn't start with less than $100 USD and would advise $1000. You'll need to learn the market, what sells fast, etc. Lot to learn if you're brand new to game.

Look into my videos I literally have one on this. I basically started when sweat was worth 12-15ped per k, traded before market value was a thing, speculated correctly and got lucky over the past decade plus. My account is worth over 50k ped btw

Hidden Gully player base is still pretty active, deeds auto deposit but each deed is at a different rate(I’ve got a few vids on this so if you going to buy them check those out for a bit more info) and so far in my 10+ years of playing there has been no inflation 10 ped has always been equal to 1 usd

John ( the owner of treasure Island) left the game and is just farming the money from his land areas, as you can see cause he put all his LA taxes to 0.00% for a few years now… Rumor has it he left because he got sold a special mob egg for a great sum of money and it hasn't done anything for years now which the devs supposedly knew about all along so he's not active in game anymore i've heard

@@CerealOverdrive Well eggwise they said Neverdie had something to with him as Deathifier bought it off of him ( he was working on it with MA though)… As to why he didn't sell the LA, i still think it'd be a pretty steady income when he had his taxes up to 2.30% but i don't see the reason behind no - tax LA owning… Although he doesn't spawn mobs on there anymore (I think) he still needs to pay a small price for owning tha LA in general i think ( same as with shops, like some sort of rent ), as to how many LA's he own i think it(s the whole of the Treasure Island LA's + some other pretty decent areas so the only reason i can think of is that he want's to bother MA with it as they got into a bit of a raging argument over it in the past if i can recall correctly...

Yea, most players are slow to share secrets. If too many people are making money the game will be updated to change things up a bit(this usually happens every couple years)

imma use the old school skin selling market from counter strike and show how a reputable non scam company tries to shut these things down and why. of note is that counter strike skin market is one third parties created not one specifically designed for this purpose like those scammers at entropia. so here we go
1. valve art team makes skin
2 player gets said skin
3 player wants to sell said skin for money so he does so on a third party site
4 money exchanges hands between the third party and the two players who are buying/selling the skin
** the above is not really problematic regarding valve's potential to scam ppl, but lets look at the potential for nefarious behavior by the dev team you are sponsoring.
1. deposit money into game as it is required by all players to create said economy
2. player sees something on AH they wanna buy
3. player buys said skin with said real world money they deposited from player b thinking this is another player like them
4. in reality entropia dev/publisher is filling the order for said skin by creatin assets on demand
* seem like no issue till step 4 happens....t explain more clear im saying what if player B is the dev or worse yet what if player B is the dev and they just create assets on demand for items that already have high AH values with the sole intent of selling them for real world money in their own game via the AH... yea that is a huge problem and basically is a license to print money and hide the fasct you are reallyselling microtransactions disguised as an organic player to player AH.

You’re saying because there is no regulating body the company can basically print money if they are shady. The problem is this applies to most virtual good. If Valve or a rouge party makes a rare skin and sells it via a third party market or private sale they still get the money
