Great Job, need a little advice , for some strange reason nobody where I am located uses a company Van, and I live in a big metropolitan area, all the inspectors use their cars,,, I feel different , I truly believe using a van , that is lettered will pay for itself. what do you think. Hi how are you? I also drive a small utility van as i found it way more convenient than using my truck, the van fits in tight streets as i inspect Hollywood hills quite often. I also have the van wrapped with my business information. My advice is do not get hung up on what your competitors are doing, do what feels right. Driving a van with business lettering shows customers you are a serious business owner and customers like seeing this when you pull up. The realtors who refer you like this as well. Good luck
Water collects on my 2-story townhouse flat roof when it rains & has caused leaks. I don't want to replace the roof if the rain keeps collecting on it as it will eventually damage the new roof. Is there a fix to prevent this from happening in the future?
Hi, thank you for your question. It sounds like your roof is not sloped or pitched correctly so the water can drain off properly. Or you may have a low spot in one or more sections. If you hire a qualified roofer and explain the issue (better yet take photos of the roof when its wet if you can and show the photos to the roofer) so they can make the necessary improvements to slope the roof.
