Just got off my bike after doing 50k in Zone 3/4 and I think my legs get PTSD just from watchin this 😁 All joking aside, great challenge and as always great dedication!
I am. However, I discovered a very slight crack in the paint of my bike. Nothing serious, but if that somehow developed, I might get my first road bike for the next season and retire my gravel bike to the trainer. In that case, I would probably get a bike with an integrated power meter - in which case the investment into a power meter now would be redundant.
@@RoadtoA Well, than you'd go for quite a bike with at least ultegra it seems. All the best of course , and wish you a great bike whatever the choice:) I opted for assioma pedals.
@@NoStarDomusSC2 ye, I would go for Assioma pedals if I was to just go power meter. As for the bike, I am looking at the Van Rysel RCR:-). But at this point I am not sure if that's going to be needed.
Nice choice, good bike at somewhat reasonable price. I went for a Ridley Fenix SLiC, always knowing I can upgrade it, if I want to go crazy on marginal gains. So with the assioma powermeter it was just the next thing I upgraded it with, went quite knowingly for an endurance bike and am still killing my own PRs on strava segments in the area. I was also considering van rysel edr, giant tcr . Pedals may help you in the long run also with content. Better to have pedals you can use on any bike than having to pit bikes on trainers;) or should u go for holidays, rent or borrow a bike that has no power meter, you're settled;) Anyways, keep on with good content. Hope to be able to ride in Prague area this summer.
Great work! That truly is a hard climb
Thanks!

Well done!
Excellent! You beat Trivett's time by about 25 minutes.
Thanks!
Really cool effort, thanks for the video! Are you considering getting a power meter for your outdoor rides?
