    Thanks Andi I have lost 7 kgs weight in 2 months by Just avoiding junk food and Sugar . Without exercise. Now I'm 84 kgs still I want to reduce 10kgs. I'm not eating rice

    Mam 🙏daily morning levagane Jeera , ginger , pepper vesi boil chesina water traguthanu . Thatuvatha 3 glasula hot water ni traguthanu . Enka break fast one apple , one orange tho patu 10 almonds , 3 walnuts , 1tsp pumpkin seeds , 1tsp honey add chesi thintanu . Lunch dalia or quinoa , dall , curry , curd. Evening tea tho patu 2 biscuits ,dinner 1 carrot , 1 cucumber ,1tomato. 2 or 3 dates before going to bed hot water lo (menthulu , black jeera , ajvine & dalchini tho chesina )e power kalupukoni traguthanu . Day motthaniki Almost 3 leaters hot water traguthanu

    Water can be taken 30 minutes before food. And,for not interrupting the duty of the jatharaagni/hydrocoric acid/ jathara rasam for digesting the food ,water has to be taken only after 1.5 to 2 hours of taking food compulsorily. Sorry madam,, I am naturopathic.

    My experience to lost 10 kg in 30 days..
    Morning Luke warm water with lemon..
    30 minutes speed walk and 30 minutes belly fat reducing small exercises ( mainly crunches )
    Breakfast socked almonds,wall nuts and pista with raagi jawa.
    11.30 wheet gross juice with lemon or betroot and carrot juice.
    1 pm lunch: only curry .. 250 grams chicken curry /mutton curry / 5 eggs bhurji/ fish .. note : noo rice..noo chapati.. but salad u can take..
    5 pm snacks any fruit juice without sugar and milk.
    Dinner only salad..
    Note : noo tea, noo coffee..noo sweets..noo milk.. noo curd..
    Palchati maggiga without salt only..
    Be healthy..be fit .
    Or try VRK diet also it's good..
