People gotta quit giving crossfitters shit for not being good at interviewing, EPSECIALLY during open workouts, how do you think YOU would feel going to start the Open Workout before anyone?? They are nervous as hell!! They are thinking about the struggle and the workout not perfect words, speech wont win them this physical/mental war!!
What a stupid idea to repeat a workout 1 mile above sea level. I was there in Boulder and i was dying because i used to live on the coast. So i know how they feel, its brutal.
