Wow! Thank you!!! I would really like to have more videos with shoulder streching, and with a band, for legs as well. It was a pleasure. I feel stronger than before.

This was so good for the shoulders, spine and front of the body. I ended this with a wheel pose and getting into king pigeon pose was made accessible with all the prep drills here. I like how there was no mention of this pose per se so there wasn’t any pressure to move into it but it was just calling out to me. Thanks for this, Charlie!

After some long hours sitting in front of my laptop, this class was really very much needed :) thank you for posting, my shoulders feel amazing after this thorough session..also, I've pushed myself a little bit over my limit, and I've reached the left big toe with both hands while being in pigeon..so satisfying 😊 thank you so much I really appreciate your creative, gracefully and challanging classes 🙏🏻

New movements? Yes! As shoulders are awakened and joint range of motion is increased, hips and lower body and backbends are all an integrated part of this class. Yogic multitasking at its finest, and so creative. Balance (side body and core) in modified half pigeon is challenged as well. (This part made this class more than a beginner approach to its parts and pieces, I felt, so take care to be body aware when focusing on the strap and upper body!) Thank you, Charlie 💕🙏🏼

Wow, what fantastic practice thank you, Charlie. I've never done a king pigeon before, it worked with the strap. Is this shoulder movement similar to the one used from Wild Thing to wheel pose?

….🫣. I have either wide…. Or wide hold- the 3m. I had very little range of motion in my left shoulder. My shoulder blades are extremely over flexible. And able to pop out to the side and up my back Strong from swimming. But should injury from uneven strength pulling my rotator ball out of the socket. Very very painful. Like a penny was stuck in between was the only description. 20 years of babying. Afraid of the pain. Multiple pinched nerves. My arm hanging limp unable to move it well and relieving the pain wasn’t an option. I couldn’t even turn my neck so that my chin was over my shoulder at all. Now I’m almost even. But like a Barbie when you lift their arms.

It’s really amazing what yoga can do. The last time I did this just a month ago- I looked back in my yoga journal and I guess I stopped it early 1: because I couldn’t stay in the lunges and hold my feet up for that long or pigeon My pigeon has teleported into the future in only 2 months with Charlie. 2: I thought my shoulders were so much better(they were ) but I couldn’t do the reach back pull it forward. Just the first basic thing you did with the strap. So I used a pt tube thing with handles that stretched and I couldn’t hold the pigeon and before that the lunge I was dying in pain. I had stopped and then tried the next thing. Skipped to the beginning. Tried again. And I wrote that I got a bad left thigh Charlie horse. 😔. Today I got a small one. It takes a lot to warm up my hammies And that happens
I did it today. Wobbly a couple of times. Long strap.
Thank you for this work you do. I would still be overweight tired and miserable. I held a shirt up to me from may that was a little loose but fit great. My chin to my knees is covered with it
