During the time of prophet yusuf in egypt, Allah refers to the ruler of Egypt at the time as the king (malik), not pharaoh... The term pharaoh was instead used in the man-written bible, when describing the story of yusuf in egypt...
Virtue of remembrance فضل الذكر Abdullah ibn Busr reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, the laws of Islam are too many for me, so tell me something I can hold onto.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: لَا يَزَالُ لِسَانُكَ رَطْبًا مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah. There's no denying that Egypt, under the Pharaohs, had one of the greatest civilizations of the ancient world and yet - according to Islamic teaching - it was a place of “jahiliyya” (ignorance and darkness) until the Arab-Islamic conquest brought enlightenment.
jahilliya refers to Arabian dark ages, not the world world dude, Arabian tribes were constantly fighting each other for thousands of year, no civilization were just slave of byzantine and sassanids
Still can't forget I believe last year when they had found one new sarcophagus or something and how the egyptians literally had a honour parade on the streets standing up in ovation when the sarcophagus was being moved through the city. Insane to think when its supposed to be a muslim country. I was so disgusted and upset by it. My brother joked "They stood in ovation because they were happy about the cash they will make on tourists visiting". Lol
Yes, we are proud of our history and our ancestors, and we know that they were the first to believe that there is punishment and life after death, and that many of them believed in God. Do you know Asia, the wife of Pharaoh, and the hairdresser of Pharaoh’s son, and the story of our master Joseph and the faith of the Egyptians?
Did you know that Ismail, the father of the Arabs, from whose lineage Muhammad was born, had an Egyptian mother, and that our master Muhammad told them to treat us well?
The same Egypt that was mentioned in all the heavenly books and to which Jesus, his mother, and Zainab, the granddaughter of the Messenger, took refuge
Masha Allah. Can you make one about how Syria 🇸🇾(Bilad-asham) became Muslim? I am from their.
