Little Nightmares II is a suspense-adventure game in which you play as Mono, a young boy trapped in a world that has been distorted by the humming transmission of a distant tower. With Six, the girl in a yellow raincoat, as his guide, Mono sets out to discover the dark secrets of The Signal Tower and save Six from her terrible fate; but their journey will not be straightforward as Mono and Six will face a gallery of new threats from the terrible residents of this world.

This is actually Janitor concept art for the first Little Nightmares. He was a lot more underdeveloped than you see him now but that’s him!
Mono (Thinman) is also the Janitor. The trick is that Mono sees himself as Thinman, Six sees Mono as the Janitor (end of the secret). Lady was in love with the janitor then ... Lady is Six and it may be Granny too

Some are created by the fans. The one with the viewer who watches TV and six behind for example. Otherwise the first images would say the models of the first trailer

@@romangoomba1234 and some of the stuff in the 3d art like the coffee machine has never appeared anywhere else in the concept art or game files so I don't think they were meant to be in the game

Where did you find these images?
At some part of the video, you look at the bottom corner you'll see "submitted by:..." (example: 3:06 ) so yeah, some people just send them these images

@@raptorjesus2516 The only reason you're saying it does need a DLC is because you want one. If LN2 got a DLC it'd probably be a lot like Secrets of the Maw, but this time a kid tries to escape a city, which we've already seen. That could be good in a third game if there were to be a strong story. Everybody also wants a DLC so that a certain kid would break the "time loop" that Mono and possibly Six are in. Why would you do something so important in a DLC and not a third title?
