Espcially in the first semester some of your professors want to see your world burn! Dont give up. This is just a psychological game to make you stronger. Also find in the first semester people you have good connection to. The more people you know, the easier the study will be.
Hi am bright Mulenga from Zambia; am an Economics graduate going into the degree in business informatics at Mulungushi University in Zambia and can't wait to begin the journey
Hi I want to study this major as an international student in Canada college but I'm not really into coding ... should I choose this major? Can you offer me some computer related majors with less coding? And I work in BIS with out coding after graduating?
I'm Billal from Bangladesh. I am doing my BSC from Information and Communication Technology. I want to complete my MSC in BIT from Germany. Will I get offer letter for this subject based on my BSC background? Note that my CGPA is good in German grade system. If I get chance what kind of steps should I follow from now that will give me more advantages for completing my MSC. What you mentioned that Like Java.
Hello Billal, sure since you already have a bachelor's degree which is related to BIT it shouldn't be a Problem. The biggest problem for international students is always the bureaucracy here in Germany. I will send you the video where I have described the step by step guide for international applications! About the advantages: It depends highly on the university you are applying for. For my own experience, having basic understanding in Java, Python and SQL is definitely a good start! The modules in economics are usually not that difficult and just require the discipline to do the homework which I highly recommend to finish them because they will play a major in future exams!
Here this is the video I was talking about: th-cam.com/video/DEFttpGTiJc/w-d-xo.html I would recommend you to apply ASAP since the bureaucracy is working quite slowly. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Hi l wanted to ask are they job opportunities in the usa for this degree im in south africa and l want to study it and continue to work in the usa shile im done with the qualification
@@itbrezel it's my first degree , currently i have finished high school and I'm deciding on which course to take .What about Bachelor of science in Economics is it a good degree
When it is your first degree you can join the studies of Business Information technology but you should take this when you a) have good interest into technology & b) when you willing to learn. Business Information technology is a really hard studies and it will take a lot of time and dedication. In my first semester we have been 60 people. Now at the end of the fourth semester we are about 30 - 20. The reason why people gave up is because they have underestimated this studies and most important they haven put the needed work to achieve success. Which means for you: Do you need programming experience before studying BIS? Definitely no! But dedicated: Yes!
Bachelor of economics can be a good degree if you mixed it with technology. You can go 50:50 with BIS or 70:30 with the bachelor's in economics. But going 100% in economics only can be difficult if you no hands-on experience in bigger corporations as a working student or intern. I personally chose BIS because it is important for me to be flexible with my future career choices. If I just wanted to work in classical finance/investment sector I would also go 100% into economics only with my degree. But the IT market is too attractive to not recognise it!
