Habibi, this is an amazing question to give additional insights! Besides the job of a Java developer, all the introduced working fields are requiring a Master's Degree with the necessary specification. In Germany you can try to get a job as a Data Scientist for example only with a Bachelor's Degree but you would have better chances if you make an additional Master's Degree. But of course it can be completely different depending on your local state and the curriculum of your university. So take a good look at what is going to take you to achieve your professional goal!
I´m glad to show you another perspective! Can I ask you why you thought that BIT wasn´t the right choice for you? Was it about the curriculum itself or the job oppurtunities?
@@itbrezel No I wanted to do civil engineering but then I did late applications at the varsity so they offered me some programs including BIT and I chose it.. I'm beginning my studies next year
Haha yeah, as a future student, you will often forget to keep your appointments. But don't worry, future prospects in BIT are very good. I would recommend that you look into the term Industry 4.0. Then you will realize that your skills as a business information scientist are in demand. Of course in some countries more and in some countries less. But basically the IT industry is booming. Can I ask you if you already have some programming experience? Since you have 6 months to prepare for your studies, I would definitely recommend you to learn the basics of JAVA. It's enough if you watch a few TH-cam videos for the beginning. Trust me, you will save a lot of frustration!
Sure! The good thing about Business Information Systems is that you will have an overall knowledge about business processes. The mix of economics & technology can make you more attractive for companies which are orientated on product management.
Really is this course makes you able to do these jobs?
