  • Alvin and Sean discuss a recent HV battery repair performed here at Factor E. This particular HV battery rendered the vehicle undrivable. Upon inspection, it was noted that the Tesla Model S high-voltage battery had experienced water ingress, resulting in a loss of HV isolation, rendering the vehicle inoperable. Our team successfully rectified the water leak and inspected the internal components to confirm their integrity. If you are experiencing HV battery issues, please contact us at customercare@factoremotors.ca or submit a service request through our website.

Please start shipping yourselves out to the USA on a case by case basis as I am all the way in NY and the nearest 3rd party Tesla service center is 4 hours away 😅

I just had my model 3 battery replaced under warranty after only 55k on the car. It was replaced with a refurbished battery. Tesla has the right to choice under the warranty. The Tessi app says the refurbished battery already has 7% degradation. Tesla says that app is not accurate. Not sure who to believe.
