It also appears in Cuphead's Floral Fury. I initially thought it was just a stock monkey sound effect or something, apparently it's an instrument.

The Cuica was commonly used in Brazilian rock music in the 00s listen to the song divida by ultramen this is a great example of 00s alternative rock with a unique Brazilian touch

Loved the content. Few people know about cuicas! The 'Light' version of this cuica is squeakier than regulars. Also, I noticed you exercised little pressure on the drumhead; to get a better range of notes and tones, slightly adjusting the pressure against the drumhead is necessary.

This instrument is also used in the game Baldi's basics when you enter the school. That's the **OOH AHH OOH AHH** that you're hearing in the game, some say it sounds like a dog but for me its just sounds like **OOH AHH OOH AHH**

Yes, your ENTIRE CULTURE IS RUINED because somebody isn't an instant master at an instrument they've never played before 🙄 . Imagine having fun making interesting musical discoveries which in turn actually make other people more aware of other people's cultures ( with links to people who keep said cultures alive through their music).
