Great video, thank you. The bearing was supposed to stay intact with the cover, that was why you had trouble removing it and putting it back. Generally, the bearing has to be compressed into the cover, and the bearing should come off the axle easily, but it got stuck on the axle for some reason. it's amazing you were able to remove and force the cover back without compressing the bearing with a tool.
@@hzpc there is a plastic holder in there, so unless you want to drill/cut it away, it is far easier to remove the cover. As I said in the video as well, the cover usually comes off really easy, it's just that when I recorded this video for the pro version, it got off harder
@@MrAbcdefgh1989 Not needed at all, you can change the front tire without taking apart the cover. It's possible to remove the inner tube without doing so.
Thx for the help. I installed the 2 10" tires. And the front one is rubbing. It's anoying. So now I know I can face up the aliner Metals... thank you so much. I just hope its not bad for anything to put them the other way... I will change my girls tires too...
This comment might be too late but you installed your front wheel the other way around. The spacer should be on the down side, not top. You did not need to cut away the plastic cover. You just changed the tires. Did not affect the mechanism of it.
Not correct - without the spacer placed upwards the larger tyre rubs on the mudguard, and it doesn't require much debris to get in there before the wheel seizes completely.
To me it seems easier to install a monorim suspension kit than change tires. Not counting cost, do you think it's better to change to 10-inch tires or install a monorim?
I wanted to install suspensions as well, but after reading up about them, they posed danger to the frontal part of the scooter (the added stresses were not factored in with the scooter design), so I did not want to risk it. Maybe they mitigated those stresses with later designs, but I would not go back to 8.5" regardless. The wheels alone are a huge upgrade in terms of comfort. As far as costs go, the wheel upgrade is about half the price of a suspension kit, while time-wise, I assume it is the same (from what I saw in other videos).
@@MrAbcdefgh1989 what do you mean that it stresses the front part? what exactly is affected when installing the monorim front suspension? is the damage to the scooter accumulative or does it happen instantly like something will break if you ever come across a pothole and you have the front suspension?
@@heanlygaming5408 I have no idea how fast/slow/if at all the scooter frame will crack/break, but depending on the suspension design, you need to look for one which absorbs perpendicular upward force, not at at angle, which is really bad for the thin walls of the scooters rods

Nice video , but i would say ,the plate came down so hard because the bearing came out of its place , it should stay in the plate and you should use talcum powder when instaling a tire. you could avoid using the dremel tool, if you change the front mudguard screw to a counterhead one ;)
@@MrAbcdefgh1989 there is no risk, if they still good and they should be ok, if you kept right pressure before, flats are beacuse of user error And also can get them buy not using talcum powder when instaling tubes, especially when using bigger tubes 😉
@@JohnnyP--RES--17-ERS Your wrong with assessment of risk with running 8.5" inner tube into 10.2" tyre. The inner tube will deform inside the tyre whilst inflated and will eventually blow out depending on usage and outdoor temperature. In moderate to cool climate, the inner tube will be fine but in warmer to hot climate the inner will stretch and deform. Obviously with a larger 10.2" inner tube you can run slightly lower psi over an 8.5" tube and reduce the risk of inner tube thickness to stretch out and deform. Plus lower psi makes the scooter run more comfortable on the road.
heya! I bought several such tires from ebay and aliexpress, but I can't really give you a brand name, as they are all made in china (i.e. I don't recall having a certain brand). Just search around on such platforms and you will find a lot of listings for 10" tire for m365 Wish you all the best :)

Indeed. The other scooter was less problematic
There's literally no use in removing the motor cover. It's a perfect way to permanently damage it.

All the videos and guides i find they make more changes to screws/defender so the wheel wont rub it. This way you dont need?

cool! I doubt something will happen, as I had them the other way around for over a year now and the scooter still runs fine!
So hows the performance of the 10 inch tires? They say its kind of wobbly, is it true?
nothing of the sort! it is even better than the original, and since upgrading I had NEVER had a flat tire .... before I had about 3-4 in 1 year
it is better and a lot easier to change the screw with a smaller head than chip off the plastic on the sides
I guess you could do that as well, but this way you avoid buying washers as well. And besides, it is only about 1 mm of plastic that needs to go
