Code enforcement made me remove my shipping container home because the containers are a code violation on residential properties in AZ. Im not sure how it’s so easy for these clowns
Not very useful if it cant be used as a primary home on a property. Guessing it costs a few 100k too. So no benefit there unless your rich. Just more exploitation for profits. Would have been cheaper to go 3D printed too. Suckers.

You have to have a property zoned for it.
