is the moen bathroom faucet (vichy) m18 or m18.5?

so i got this touchless ezfaucet thing for my old delta bathroom faucet....disappointed that it does not fit ...i had taken the aerator off long time ago and never replaced it and dont have it so i dont know the size but its smaller than normal..i had a couple of adapters from another shower handle kit but neither fit my faucet...the male ends of both adapters did fit the touchless one but both had larger other ends ..anyway long story short..i cannot for the life of me find the double ended adapter that will fit both my faucet and the new touchless one...i believe the size is probably 5/8 male and the bottom end that would fit the new faucet is male 13/16 or female 15/16...of course there is no adapter with those specs....i read about coin sizes and i imagine since the nickel size is too big for the faucet its going to be tom thumb size but any i found like that have the dont have the correct bigger size ...ugh.....any ideas or places to try?
