I ran into your channel tonight and was so inspired by your Art. Your Style is amazing, not my kind but It was fun to see your work. I will explore trying some of your painting and layering methods. I just subscribed. I am open to trying different paints!
Thanks so much for subscribing Rebecca! I agree that it is inspiring to view other artist's work even if it is different from our own--sometimes that is even better.
I am wanting to work more with acrylics but am concerned about cleaning up after each session. Can you tell us how you wash your brushes and handle dirty water? Thank you love your shows!
Thanks so much for your kind words! I mostly clean off my brushes by spreading the remaining paint onto blank art journal pages or book paper. Only after that do I put my paintbrush in water. I try to keep as much paint as possible out of the drain. I've seen some artists clean their paintbrushes on paper towels to reduce the amount of residual paint in water. Unfortunately, there is no way around some paint in the water.
Thanks Pam, that‘s so much appreciated. i‘m glad to see some of my own favourites Herr 😊
Thanks, Katrin--are there any other brands that you would recommend?
The blue is very nice, thank you for your time ♥️♥️
Isn't that LeFranc paint beautiful? I am excited to try some other colors.
I also like to have multiple brand of acrylics to work with. Also Jackson's own brand acrylics are very good. Golden and Liquitex are incredible.
Thanks for the tip on Jackson's paint--I've never tried it and it's always fun to try something new once in a while!
