Strange. Hyderabadis cook same like us. I mean like Northern & Westren Pakistanies. Missing thing in this is proper Dum using wheat Floor and proper muxing.
+Owais Nooruddin These foods actually came from Arab & Persia. We just added more masala and changed name. But, in case of Biryani could not find a properly changed name to show as Indian Recepie as Origin of dish is Arabian Dish called Zerbiyan. Origin of Pulao is Arabian Dish called Mandi & Origin of fruit mixed Pulaos etc is Arabian Dish Qabooli. In India the just added some extra spice and rest copy paste. I am from Azad Kashmir & may be you never tasted our recepies which are more authentic and better than these.
Sha Par In India don't we use hands. Whatever we may use for mixing the rule of the thumb is that they should be clean. Hands don't mean that you have to undermine their style of cooking
Things I am almost certain of 1) that cloth is not dirty... who in the right mind would waste that much food by contaminating it with a dirty cloth? 2) the spices he used are legitimately the same as those used by Nawab Mehboob Alam Khan with the exception of using a green chilli paste instead of chopped green chillis. So all of you talking about the cloth and spices pretty much have no clue what you are talking about.
You are right no one is appreciating him instead polluting the video with abusive comments. I guess appreciation is very expensive these days and only good people can afford it who know humanity.
These cloths all LOOK dirty but this may not be necessarily true. These cloths are used day and night. They do look old. All professional kitchens have these. They may not show it, but they use it. There was an exaggeration in the quantity of spices, otherwise a very good recipe. My last point is that if people are HUNGRY, they'll eat it and thank God for the food they receive.
+mohammad davoudian Yes, the cloth looks dirty and probably it IS dirty. All kinds of short cuts and cheap tricks go behind the screens in the restaurants all over the world. They should know that this vid is going to be seen by 1000s of viwers. At least for once they should have used cleanliness. I hate this kind of unprofessional vids. on TH-cam. It attract lots of bad comments for your country.
That grimy filthy cloth/mop at 11:20 killed my appetite. You'll have to call Archaeological Survey of India to excavate the few chicken pieces buried under the heap of rice.
some salts are not from natural mine. they get through artificial way n not very salty in taste. that's why needs to be used in more quantity to get its required taste.
