    This is awesome! It’s good fats with gata which contains MCT Oil (good for neurons connectivity). You being influencer can motivate your viewers towards healthy Filipino cuisines using home grown veggies like ampalaya, talbos ng sili, talbos ng kamote, sampaloc, etc. Nowadays, Filipinos are consuming high carbohydrates, sugar and processed foods with chemical additives like oyster sauce. Traditionally, our grandparents do not have fridge so they have access to fresh produce and meat - namamalengke ng maaga para sa bagong katay then lutuin agad. Walang de-lata, these are only extenders for fiesta menu. I hope that you create re-imagined filipino ingredients using our abundant veggies and greens, including use of coconut oil compared to other types causing inflammation inside the body like canola, vegetable oil, seed oil as these are high processed oil.

    Thank you Chef RV and Nanay.. nakakatuwa si Nanay lagi syang relax lang kapag nagluluto..ang mga putahe na niluluto nya ay nagpapaalala sa akin sa mga niuluto ng lola ko na lumaki sa Biñan Laguna..sayang lang hindi ko natutunan ang mga lutong Biñan.. alam nyo po ba yun lutong tuyo na manok?

    Baking hindi muna ginisa sa oil ang bawang ,sibuyas then the coconut 🥥 milk, wait to cook the coconut milk then the shrimp 🍤 and the push ng saying and add other ingredients

    Gud day. Ask ko lang po kung bkit ang niluto Kong ginataa g puso ng sagi g ay mapait .ano kya ang dahilan nito. Sabi ng mister ko Pakuluan daw s tubing ang puso ng saying at tanggalin yung nasa gitna part ng puso n medyo matigas then Hawaii ng mmaniipis lang at pigain ito s tubig n may asin so yun ang gnaw ko bago lutuin.pero nang maluto n may part ito. Ano po kaya ang dahilan but pumait. Salamat chef RV.

    Ang problema ko lang kasi minsan sa saging nangingitem.pero kay nanay rose hindi wow paano po or bakit hindi nangitem yong puso ng saging chef rv?

    Ganyan ang natutunan kong pag luluto ng ginataan, from my Tatay na taga Bicol at Nanay na taga Quezon, whether it be laing, pinangat na dahon ng gabi, sinantol, langka, puso ng saging. Pinakukuluan muna ang gata then lagay lang ng
    lagay ng ingredients hanggang maiga ang gata at mag mantika....sarap, extra rice please!🥳
