- While Shawn and I ran to California to help Matt with a recovery, Mike was left at the shop to work. He got the body off the jeep we are using to build the Pacer for the @onXOffroad Build Challenge with @coltbuildsit . On our way back from California we decided to hit a trail in Sand Hollow. Matt had a new line he had seen near the Maze Trail he wanted me to try. Since Sand Hollow is an open use area and if you see a line you are allowed to try it. So I was up for the challenge. Unfortunately I couldn't make it and had to have Shawn winch me out. Then we decided to let Matt drive my buggy through the obstacle called 'the soup bowl'... He eventually made it with some spotting. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

Really think Rory should start offering off road driving classes/field repairs. Set it up with different levels/vehicle class. Would bet he would be sold out almost immediately!

Trust me Laura, you would not like the extreme heat Matt or Rory are going to endure this Summer. This is 1 reason The Offroad Games are held in March. I'd like to see what your 4 wheeled John Deere can do at the 2025 OffRoad Games.

Good stuff. Great scenery. You folks really test those machines. You can tell Kaitlyn is very practiced in rock crawling. Matt and Rory need to keep hanging out together as often as they can.
Hats off to Rory. Dude can just drive. Also - I want that buggy. A big black 4 door was a lot of $… a good solid buggy I’d try a lot of lines too. And that thing works as well as high dollar rock lizards etc…

I grew up super rural, doing redneck things, including a lot of wheeling, but never rock crawler stuff and some of the crazy trails you guys find. I'm always amazed at what your buggies can do. Some very impressive engineering, each of y'all add your own twist to it.
