Folks who have watched equipment and landscape channels like idigit4, DirtPerfect, Upstate Brush Control or Andrew Camarata have seen Baumalight in action. It is a very well known and respected brand. It is great seeing them embrace your channel and let "regular people" see what is possible. I think a lot of folks have never seen it before.
Excellent example of what having the right equipment for the job looks like and how much easier it makes the task. I’m also sure that with a little more practice you will become much more efficient and quicker at clearing those tree lines. New equipment always takes a little while to figure out the best way to get the most “bang for your buck”. This would also be a good side hustle and another way to make a quick buck if you needed the money.
It’s amazing how fast fence lines and tree lines can grow out! Looks like you have the perfect tool for that now! If you had to do that by hand, it would be a never ending process. At the end of the day when you get done, I’d put the sprayer on the tractor and spray the stumps and make sure them hardwood stumps didn’t come back.
This new attachment for your excavator is outstanding for what you need. Those vines, with the treeline moving/trimming it back is great. This is better than the LaneShark, you have an extended reach with the BobCat. The Grinder/mulcher on the back of your tractor, having to back up into a ticket. I don't think it is too safe, unless you really know your property. Who knows where a new gulley will pop up after a rainstorm.
This is night and day better than a Laneshark. I was seriously considering one of those years ago until I realized they can't be driven correctly from your tractors 3rd svc as normal.
It's going to be your favorite tool on the property. What they can do will amaze you. I would find some sort of sleeve to protect the hydraulic hoses. That's the one nemesis I've found.
I love that about bite. They all work if you have a huge machine with a ton of power behind a high flow hydraulic pump but it makes so many of these types of attachments unavailable those who don’t have industrial size machinery, light makes it practical, and of course it’s smaller and it’s not gonna go as fast as an industrial version but you’re also not gonna have to spend $140,000 to get your set up which makes it available to way more people. A lot of people have these small medium size excavators and can use this. The bigger industrial models are just too big and heavy and it’s not gonna work same with excavators smaller excavators without the high flow are pretty limited in a lot of the forestry clearing and mulching equipment a smaller version may not do the work as quickly, but at least you can do it still, with a smaller versions and most of the companies don’t have those options. We don’t all have that free easy taxpayer funded budget to spend on this stuff. lol I guess we do have it, but the government takes it away from us so they can buy that stuff, and so the Ukrainians can buy that stuff😂 Plus, after the apocalypse when we get into the tractor wars part of history, these will Be very useful😅
Andrew, I was expecting you to make your own saw blade tree trimmer like the one in the link I am sending. I was thinking a while back that this would be great for your tree line, but I can't recall you talking about the tree line. A lot about inside the tree line. Maybe someday you might get the thought about making a saw blade tree trimmer.
The issue I always find with this type of work is making myself stick to a stop point. How far back is enough, because you could just stay out there doing more forever.
So do you have to keep your finger pushed down to keep the mower in or is there a way to keep the hydraulics on without having to keep the trigger button pushed in?
One size never fits all with any, mulcher. They work on how much hydraulic flow you can produce. Any manufacturer will ask you what your run and what your flow rate is. Never the less they are very useful pieces of equipment.
That was nice of you to give so many free hair cuts with your new excavator toy. Sure looks like it could send material flying
It's awesome
WOW you are great at picking the right equipment for your property
It sure helps upkeep such a large place.
I think you own every kind of equipment that is made good job
Not yet, but I hope to own more 😬

We feel blessed to ha e this equipment, sponsors and people like you watching. Glad you enjoy the content.
THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!
That mower will really come in handy for you. 🫠
Good day to all.
Good afternoon
@@TKCL Yep.

Your exactly, I'm slowly setting myself up for hire should I ever need to.

It's definitely a huge chore, only way I'd tackle it is with equipment.
You hit the jackpot with this machine! I’m quite impressed with what it does! No shortage of work to do with it, that’s for sure! Great vid!!
That's exactly right. If I ever wanted to hire myself out, no doubt I could. But I have more to do on the property than I can handle.
Super cool addition to the excavator Andrew. What an awesome time saver!
It sure is! A dream come true.

@@TKCL yes, you are right. And if I remember correctly you are sitting in the BobCat with A/C.
You sure do make working look like fun!
It is fun thanks to good equipment.
Wow, Andrew! Love this machine. You and Daniel brought out the big guns this week.
We are blessed to have such amazing equipment, viewers and sponsors.
@@TKCL WE are blessed to have you!!!😀
Nice and tidy!
That will certainly give you lots of land back.
Yes it will
I’m so happy for you!
Thank you, I feel blessed.
Hi Andrew nice attachment for your new Bobcat, that will sure help keep the tree’s manicured. ❤️❤️👍👍🇨🇦
Yes it will!
That looks like a very handy implement.
It sure is, love having it.
Deer are browsers. These brushy edges are their dinner. Love the machine.
There's no shortage of brush here.

I am looking for larger hose wrap.
Andrew, now you have your kind of amusement park, I am truly happy for you:)))
Yes, thank you
The welds on the guard are YIKES!
Yeah I was a little surprised myself. All my other equipment has great welds.
Now thats Sweet!!!!!
Love it. Wish i had that setup.
It's amazing!
Nice 👍
Ahhhhh... my dream machine!!! Love it! That looks like it works awesome!!! I've got the same issues. Best, -- J. Andre. / Old Iron Acres
Love having this!
hahaha first! very robust unit ! you will have that place looking awsome in no time!
That's the plan! This thing speeds up tree trimming by 100X
@@TKCL yeah and all from the safety of the cab!

I've got plans for some longer form videos.
It's for sure built heavy duty!
Yes it is

I seriously considered it for years, but I really struggled finding hydraulic motors.
Closed cabs with A/C is summertime chores...... pole saws and outdoor work.... winter time chores. 🤣🤣💪
You got that right!
The issue I always find with this type of work is making myself stick to a stop point. How far back is enough, because you could just stay out there doing more forever.
I totally understand what you mean.
Very nice Andrew, now you have to schedule the time, a little bit every other day or so and before you know it will be done..
That's the plan!
Since the excavator has a long boom , you can clear around the tree trunks without the machine going through the them.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Was the apprentice the only welder around the day they made that one?
I'll admit, the welds could look better on the skids. They are great on my mulcher.
- Not sure what your green foliage does in the winter but if it sheds the cut back is a lot less messy…no leaves.
Some of it does. These leaves will be gone next mowing.
The guy mowing the lawn is really going to hate the guy who mowed the trees.
Well that's the same guy, I had a talk with myself. 🤣
I would love to see a comparison between this attachment and the forester attachment
Awesome video as always 👍, what video editor do you use?
Thank you! I use Shotcut
👀👀
So do you have to keep your finger pushed down to keep the mower in or is there a way to keep the hydraulics on without having to keep the trigger button pushed in?
Yes, I showeed that in the video. My machine comes with buttons for continuous flow. Now all excavators do.
@@TKCL do you feel confident enough in the way it throws debris that you could run it on an open station excavator or do you think a cab is essential?
One size never fits all with any, mulcher. They work on how much hydraulic flow you can produce. Any manufacturer will ask you what your run and what your flow rate is. Never the less they are very useful pieces of equipment.
Not these cheap mowers a lot of people are buying. Basically small backyard businesses make a one motor option mower.
Couldn’t you just go over everything you knocked on the ground with your mower behind your tractor? It would save your back from raking it
That's exactly what I did.
