Good information Andrew, I'm m with you. Do your homework and buy once where possible. Ive never regretted paying a little more for something that is built well and will outlast something cheaper. Thank you for your insight and sharing.
I have absolutely zero need for a deck trailer. I take my tractor nowhere. The end of the driveway is as far as it goes. I own a midsize truck. I can't even haul over 6600 pounds with my Nissan frontier pro4x. But now, because of you, I want one!😂 You screwed me😂
What it allows is water penetration and a place to settle out between two pieces causing rust and degradation. I see no reason not to take the few extra seconds per side and weld out fully.
"a few hundred more"? A few = 3. To you a few hundred moer is a few thousand. For broke ass people like me you're few is way out of my range. A single wheeled motorcycle, would that be a powered unicycle? heheh.
Something else to be considered is how much weight your truck and or trailer can pull before you exceed DOT regs.
One disadvantage of your tilt trailer is the weight of the actual trailer deducts from your total towing capacity.

The Florida location is in Land O Lakes. I work a mile away from them. Now I have to visit them.
Correct, I've now bought two trailers from them. Great people, always friendly and excellent prices. Tell them you heard about them on our channel.

Thanks for this vid. I definitely learned a lot.
I was a welder for a living and stitch welding is just as strong as full welding.

Wish I would have looked into a tilt deck before I bought my big tex crap. Lol. Love the videos Buddy. 💪

Most of the trailers listed on the website don't have prices.
How wide and how long is this one?

Hmmm 🤔 I wonder if I can add a winch mount so Incase you need to pull up a non running machine or car
I could, but need to add some kind of roller to the tilt deck so the cable doesn't damage it..
Lamer builds one with a roller built in so you can add the winch. Great info
Good day.
Good afternoon!
