You wouldn’t believe it but three days after I watched your clip we went for a small drive Only about 400 k’s and on the way home the air-conditioner light started flashing it was 36° outside I went into Toyota the next day and said can you order me a new relay I showed them your photo and they tried to talk me into booking it in because they said you might have to dump all the gas out Weight it and see what’s wrong I said no just order the part and I’ll see if that fixes it first so hopefully it’ll show up in the next couple of days thanks for sharing this I appreciate it my car is about exactly the same age as yours bought a brand-new around the same time it must be something that goes wrong at this age cheers keep up the great work
Wow! What a coincidence! Well, mine has failed twice now, both after 3 years of use. And it always seems to go at the worst time. Mine failed the first time when I was just about to head across the Simpson Desert. 40C+ and I had to keep both windows open the whole trip. Car completely covered in ra thick layer of red dust by the time I got home :) Best of luck with your air-con - I'm sure this will fix it!

Hello, if you have changed the clutch relay and it’s still not working, then there must be something else wrong. I’m not a mechanic, so I can’t suggest what else to check. If searching in the FJ Cruiser forum at fjcc.com doesn’t help, my only recommendation would be so see your Toyota dealer or a licensed mechanic. Good luck with it. Sorry I can’t be of further help.
Oh I thought theres something wrong with the button, hoping to see how to dissassamble that. My recyrc button light went out. The recyrc it self seems to work, I tested it when i was changing my cabin filter, the flow was changingwith me pressing the button, but the light is not shining. - need to fix the light.
